I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. The pool is still listed as an amenity and appears in photos on the hotel's website and multiple booking platforms. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the pool is not available for guests to use.This was a significant factor in my decision to book, so finding out after arrival was extremely disappointing. If a major advertised amenity is unavailable, that information should be clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation—not after they have already arrived.Based on my experience, continuing to advertise the pool without clearly stating that it is unavailable is misleading. Had I known the pool was closed, I would have booked a different hotel.I'm leaving this review so future guests who are specifically looking for a hotel with a swimming pool are aware that they should confirm its availability before booking. I hope the hotel updates its advertising and removes or clearly qualifies the pool amenity until guests can actually use it.

absolutely not satisfied, swimming pool not available to guests very misleading infoPoor quality breakfast for a 4-star hotel and very unfriendly staff, except for the man at the coffee barEverything around the hotel is neglected and not maintained.Apart from the older man at the reception, the staff here was also very unfriendly and unprofessional..

Avoid at all costs – horrible experience, no AC, no water, rude staff

We had an absolutely horrid stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working, and despite repeatedly bringing this to the staff's attention, nothing was done. The manager actually told me at night that there was no alternative room available and that I would have to sleep in a room at 28–30°C – sweaty, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable.This is not the experience you expect when you're paying over INR 28K per room. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water provided in the room. You're forced to either buy a small bottle from the restaurant for €3–4 or walk 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket (I think it was Conad).The front desk staff were cold, unresponsive, and seemed not to care at all. I've travelled extensively, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.Do yourself a favour – totally avoid this place.

Great hotel location and very clean and quiet

Excellent location to visit our Niece for her International studies at the famous Universities walking distance to central town and train station. Very clean and quiet hotel. Also visiting Bologna, Florence, Venice, and Milan via train. 4 minutes by Taxi since we have 2 large luggage from the train station.

The restaurant at this hotel is a disgrace. The ravioli tasted frozen and the filling was like catfood. The promised cherry tomoatoes were drenched in a heavy tomato sauce, killing the flavor of the dish, which was probably a good thing.
