    Very nice hotel, I was there two times and I will come here in future again! Nice, modern rooms, good prices, fresh breakfast. Employees were very nice to us, especially Mahin Uddin - what I wanted, he made everything for us. I am giving him and also to hotel maximum stars.     Really recommended hotel, with kind guy aroud you. Uddin so helpful. If you want to visit Venice, this hotel is right choice, with spacious room. Good food, and they can provide halal food by request.

    Charged for cancelled booking

    On 7 May 2019 I reserved two nights in this hotel through booking.com. Unfortunately I had to change my plans and on 9 July 2019 I cancelled my reservation (for FREE according to their cancellation policy). But there comes 25 July and they charge my credit for the full amount of €148.20. I have written twice to the hotel and twice to booking.com, still without any answer.I do not think that your credit card is safe with this hotel, and I am very disappointed with booking.com customer service.

    The worst experience and the worst staff. I will never recommended anyone to stay here in this hotel and the hotel itself is worst and smells.     Don’t believe in photos

    We choose this “hotel” because it looks like new and clean, but only on photos on Booking.com and also hotels website. In reality is completely opposite. It is one old old structure, with cheap make up made recently, only with paint and also very bad. All that black color on walls and floors in room and bathroom is perfect to cover dirtiness... when you open the window, you find more dirty, also from cigarettes. Bugs everywhere, on towels, walls. Rooms are so small that there is not space to get a bed. Rumors of the fire alarm on repeat all night. Parking without gate and lights, completely unprotected.I feel cheated and I am sorry because lack of control from Booking.com and TripAdvisor. schiavonhotels, Direttore at Hotel Pex, responded to this review Dear Guest,we are very sorry about your review because we think that you want to defame our Hotel only beacuse we did not accept to make a huge discount. We don't respond well to blackmail.When you arrived in our room you informed us about some green bugs in the room and we immediately came to check and we transfer you in other room. These green bugs are normal season's bugs, and they are not dangerous for our health.When we arrived in your room we saw that you left the windows of the room open, for this reasong the bugs entered in the room.Our rooms are very clean, the photos that you posted are not real or we wouldn't be the best Hotel in terms of reviews.Best regards,Alessandro
