    Saturday, June 7 I phone and a female voice answers.I ask for the opportunity to come today, Sunday, June 8 to use the pool and they say yes, 15 € per person.We arrive today at 11:30 and as if by magic there are no sunbeds and not to argue with customers do not let us access the pool!They could have warned yesterday before making us do km empty not to let us in!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Never again even in a dream..........     We stayed at this hotel a while ago. I was so traumatized that I'm only writing the review now. To say it's a terrible place would be a compliment. When you arrive at this place, it seems to have happened in the place of a horror movie. Dirty rooms full of cockroaches and insects. Dark and gloomy hallway of the rooms. Outdoor pool malfunctioning and dirty. We didn't sleep a night. As soon as we arrived we literally ran away. The Owner, who did not show much manners, did not want to refund the money spent on the room. Honestly, we preferred to lose that two pennies, badly spent in this bleak place and run away somewhere else. If you want to avoid unpleasant surprises and do not want to spoil your holiday, stay well away from this terrible place. I put 1 star because it is the minimum score but deserves zero split.     I have to admit that stay in this hotel went out of my expectations. Very nice atmosphere, great, homemade food and service on the very high level. Access to the pool during whole day, water is very warm, so it was nice to spend time over there. I strongly recommend to come.

    They canceled our booking at the check inreturned money and made us wait almost 2 hours

    We booked the hotel two days before we travel to abano terme . On the check in day they made us pay the room and gave us receipt and made us wait around 1 hour in the reception and started telling us about the plumbing issues and room were rot ready at the moment. We checked in around 20:00. Then after another half an hour they were like we don't have rooms. We can give your money back. Unfortunately, we didn't book it online. We couldn't take any action. We also went to local the police office (carabiniere). They were so helpful and recommended us some hotels too. Receptionist was so mad at us, screaming the personnel too..

    The hotel staff were super nice, The breakfast was fresh and nice,But the hotel is very old fashioned and some rooms were ok, while other rooms were so antique I could swear they had bed bites. The pool is cool though I didn't have much time there, due to the opening hours.The elevator is tiny and scary,The walls are thin so you can hear everything happening in the other rooms,But as for the price you pay - I think it's a decent place to stay,Just check in advanced which room are you getting....It is a bit far from padova itself though,Around 30€ in taxi.
