    Good value, excellent staff.

    Great value hotel with really helpful staff. We had a late arrival and had been assigned a 2 bed room instead of 3 bed. They quickly installed a 3rd bed and then moved all our luggage to a new room the following morning. Staff were always helpful with advice and local recommendations. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and in good condition.

    A good property in a good location

    While traveling through northern Italy we stayed one night in this property. It is in easy walking distance to the Basilica of St. Anthony and short walk to the piazzas in the center of Padova or close stroll to a tram stop. Parking can be a bit of a challenge - the public parking in front of the hotel can be a bit expensive, but the hotel also has parking nearby for a lower price - see the clerk at check in. The rooms are not large, but they are clean and comfortable with no frills. The shower has good pressure, but the temperature tended to vary. The breakfast is not fancy, but a typical Italian breakfast. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

    This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to centro. The rooms are ok, clean and spacious. little dated but quiet. Service is good, area secure. Private parking is not available but there is hourly parking outside at reasonable rates, if staying Sunday its free.

    Good hotel in city center. Close to Basilica and other sights. Friendly staff. A little bit strange entrance in garage. A/C out of order in the middle of season. Need to be renovated soon. Good breakfast.

    Ridicolous shower area

    This hotel has good score on major sites, therefore I was very surprised when I found out that my room has a ridiculous bathroom - the shower was set in the middle of the bathroom, it had no shower bath, just a curtain separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. I suggest to check before booking.
