A lovely hotel, in a lovely place. Bedroom and bathroom good.Restauant terrible! poor choice of food. served luke warm.Service by waiting staff terrible, clearing plates before everyone on the tablle had finished. Bringing your main course whilst still eating the starter. Totally let the hotel down. We stayed in the hotel as a large group and the location was excellent for visiting some of the major attractions in the Veneto area. The hotel is a little tired in places, but the pools were wonderful and most of the group commented on how well they slept. There was a lot of food on offer, although certain options ran out and weren't replaced which was a shame. Some attention needed to replacing cups, plates, bread - quite a bit of waiting around, plate in hand, particularly for breakfast foods.When staff were asked questions, they were quite curt or dismissive and not overly helpful. With a little more attention to detail and more welcoming staff, this could be a very good hotel.

We had a relaxing, delicious and memorable stay:) the hotel has not been recently renovated but it is kept in good order, our room 221 was very comfortable, quiet and very well cleaned.
