  Except for the long walk from reception and free parking to the room (about 500m) the room was great. 1 bedroom unit with seperate bedroom. Close to the heart of town. Room was clean shower very small but the rest of the room was large and spacious. Would stay again

  Disappointing and needs a good clean

  Although we know it's a budget hotel, the overall fabric of the place was not just outdated but downright grubby. The room was clean, but communal areas, lifts and corridors were universally shabby and in need of a good cleaning, never mind fundamental redecoration. Surpringly, the breakfast staff were very helpful and the Receptionists also helped rescue a disappointing stay.   Worst experience ever....

  My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly due to the worst customer service I've encountered in all my years of traveling. Staff were unresponsive to any concerns I raised. Whether it was about room issues or maintenance problems, no one was willing to help. To make matters worse, maintenance isn't available 24 hours, so if you encounter a problem late in the day, you'll be forced to wait until the next morning, and even then, there's no guarantee they'll resolve the issue. It was incredibly frustrating and felt as though the staff simply didn’t care.In over two decades of travel, I have never seen service as poor as this. I strongly advise anyone to look for alternative accommodation. Another inconvenience was the Annex Room, which is located 400 meters away from the main lobby, making it feel disconnected from the rest of the hotel. After check-in, you're essentially left on your own, with no assistance offered for the duration of your stay.If you want a hassle-free experience, I recommend staying elsewhere.   The main building is tops!

  The location was great: the airport bus stops right in front of it! It's only 5 minutes on foot to Piazza Garibaldi : the centre. We were upgraded to the main building, not the annex about 500m away., so that was a good start! The room was comfortable, clean and well furnished with 2 bottles of water. There was also free water,juices & z coffee machine ,plus biscuits at reception. What a nice welcome! Highly recommenfed!

  This is our second time staying here and it was amazing, just as before. We booked a family room in the annex, but the hotel gave us a free upgrade to two interconnecting rooms in the main hotel. They were huge, clean and really comfy. The hotel is close to the city, close to lots of bars and views across the river were lovely. We didn't have breakfast on site, instead choosing to eat in local bars. There is free cold and hot drinks in the lobby and some snacks, the receptionist are friendly and helpful, even booking a taxi for us to the train station and offering us a takeaway breakfast at 5:30am for the children. I don't agree with the reviews saying the hotel is dated, it is clean and tidy and the rooms are lovely. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
