  Very good location adjacent to the train station, and has secure underground car-parking.The room was clean and spacious,The staff assisted us with everything, for our booking to our departure, they were a great team.As we were attending a rugby match it was a €10.00 taxi to the ground but you can easily walk, and close to the old city centre too.

  It was an amazing surprise and experience staying there.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, cozy and with a good location.The room was spacious and well designed and decorated.The parking safe and with good space for cars. I really love choosing this one.Totally recommend. Just one point, more options for the dinner. But the food is really tasty!

  We had a nice size junior suite with a half wall between the bedroom and living room. Very large bathroom with all the amenities EXCEPT a plug for the razor. The breakfast is great with many vegan options and if you ask for fish they bring out a plate of smoked salmon! Veronica at breakfast was lovely as were all the employees at the hotel. Great choice!

  The front desk staff and the bar staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Their care and service were excellent. For being close to the train station, I found the room to be very quiet and the room very comfortable.

  Nice hotel for the category, friendly staff, quiet location. Beyond the apparent luxury, there is room for improvement. A limited selection of fresh fruit, a basic choice of cereals at breakfast. For dinner, the few tables without privacy only host unoriginal canteen cuisine. It is better to go out for a good meal at Alfione, Del Tribunale, Osteria dei Servi, Bequadro, etc. The worst is the shower 'narrow cage' of unacceptable dimensions for this category of hotel and the plastic shower head that oozes water at a constantly irregular temperature and impossible to regulate. Luxury means perfection. NH is not a luxury hotel.
