Small rooms, weak unfriendly breakfast, but good location

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and hotelBreakfast is just OK. Not all food is out at start of breakfast and selection is small. Only eggs are hard boiled and are usually in short supply. You have to ask the attendant for the eggs. Orange juice is not fresh and comes from a machine and it tastes like chemicals, not orange juice. The hot chocolate is more like syrup. The only fruit is an apple, and unclean carrots. They need a person at breakfast that is happy and smiling, greeting you each morning.The rooms are very small, with about 12 inches clearance between the end of the bed and the tv/wall. Bathrooms are more like an RV bathroom.

Great location with a lovely balcony

We stayed at this hotel for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Its central location is one of its biggest advantages, as it is within easy walking distance of the city center and all the main attractions.Our room (404) featured a beautiful, spacious corner balcony with wonderful views over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious.The breakfast and the breakfast area could be improved, as the selection and overall setup were fairly basic compared to the rest of the hotel. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.The hotel also provides parking, and we had arranged a space in advance for our motorcycle, which was very convenient and worked out perfectly.Overall, this is a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable hotel in an excellent location.

Do not recommend - bitten by bed bugs

I stayed at Hotel Torino for 2 nights at the start of July and on the first night was bitten by BED BUGS. I'm not talking just a few bites, I had well over 100 bites all over my body. I told the hotel about it and requested a refund and they decline to provide me any refund at all. I was covered in red spots and I got to pay for the experience! For my second night I was moved to another room and had more bites the next day. I would NOT recommend staying here at risk of being bitten by bed bugs.

Hotel Torino in Parma is at a great location. The atmosphere is cool and laid-back. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a very good value. We had a pleasant check-in experience. The woman that checked us in was friendly and welcoming. She showed us where in their garage to park our bicycles during our stay. We had a quiet night's sleep.

I love this place! The front desk man on duty (most often) began with helping carry our luggage, and then was on duty to assist with everything! We stayed in the annex building which provided a lot of space! The main room had a queen bed, and the side room had a single bed and a fridge. Everything was spotless, and the bathroom was very clean. In an “unexpected” note, the TV offered more English-speaking stations than the name-brand American chains did in either Milan or Bologna! The Wi-Fi was steady and strong. Breakfast was continental, with hard boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal, and even carrots, apples and bananas for you to make your own juice in the juicer. A coffee machine permitted the choice of your early morning fix. The location is incredible and close to everything! I adore Parma, and would love to stay here again.
