    Loved this hotel for the view and cleanliness. Our room had a balcony with a view of the amazing mountains which makes waking up with sun an amazing experience even from your bed. No AC but staff is very understanding and they offer a fan that you won’t need after sunset because the temperature goes down and you won’t need it. Few meters from the cathedral and very close to other stores we just walked to most restaurants. Breakfast was a buffet like most Italian restaurants. They have a great shuttle service.

    Not a charming or boutique hotel while a very spacious and well equipped one, with kind and complete service to make the stay thoughtless and pleasant. Very close to the Church and center and with numerous restaurants also in the hotel. Large parking area. Nice bar. Also a good basis to visit the area around (we went to Castelluccio form the blossom). Rooms have full equipment and triple rooms are really so, with two rooms inside

    We were upgraded to a superior room. Wi-fi is very good. Front desk was very helpful and arranged for shuttle service. Location was excellent for our needs. But breakfast was nothing to be excited about.

    Stayed here with our young family for 2 nights.Pros: * Closeness to St Rita Basilica, which is presumably the reason why most people are visiting in the first place.* Friendly staff* Nice foodCons:* Rooms small, no bath (in ours anyway) and no A/C* Parking a nightmare. Difficult to access given poor old roads in town (this is deep in the old town rather than off the main road), chaotic access to the car park and poor organisation of parking spots.It was adequate. We had family members staying in other nearby hotels which had nicer facilities.

    This my 10th time in the hotel, having same service, hospitality, efficiency and professionalism. Cleaning, staff, location, food....all are excellent. On our experience I never ask for specialty service and they denied. Always alert and helpful. I always recommend them to my friends.
