    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far below expectations. The air conditioning in the room was completely non-functional, and to make matters worse, the window couldn’t be opened. This made the room incredibly hot and uncomfortable, especially during the night — sleeping was almost impossible.The Wi-Fi did not work at all during my stay, which was particularly frustrating as I needed it for both personal and work-related purposes. The room itself was not clean — there was visible dust, and the bathroom did not feel properly sanitized.The most disappointing aspect, however, was the attitude of the staff. They were generally unfriendly, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping resolve any of the issues I raised.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better options in the area that offer basic comfort and a much more pleasant experience.

    The Place to be in Orvieto

    Absolutely loved this hotel. Close to Dumo but on a side street. Had a small balcony to enjoy quiet of day or night. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff was great. Walking distance to all. Our room was large and very functional. Small bar downstairs for nightcap.

    The location is ideal just steps from public parking lot just outside the old city walls—you’re not allowed to park inside the old city center. The hotel is within 5-10 min walking distance to everything of interest in Orvieto. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby yet very quiet in the room. The room is very clean and the hotel follows good Covid protocols. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

    The hotel is near centre of the old town on top of the hill (not near railway station as some reviews state). Room was excellent and we found everything of high quality. We slept easily as no noise. The breakfast was fairly extensive and good quality. Staff are awesome, very friendly and very helpful. The only down point was the "bar" only opens to make coffee for breakfast; its closed rest of the day.

    Overall a well-located and great value hotel with friendly and hard working staff.The rooms were quite nice (we had three rooms in our party which were all nice however the rooms on the front were better).Plenty of parking for our hire vehicle and a good base for our time there. The food in the restaurant was okay but we didn’t rate breakfast very much, but that may just be our personal preference.
