This hotel is located 4 km from the historic centre of Perugia, at the foot of the fascinating Acropoli Perugina and surrounded by the beautiful Lacugnano Park. Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 97 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     We we're atleast 7 time in Italy, North and South parts of it, but never stay in such a nice hotel like this one!! Room size great.Bathroom size perfect.Clean and shine.Staff very very nice.Stayed there 3 nights,and loved it.For sure coming back!!

    we booked a room with just little notice: but everything was just perfect.It was quite a challange to reach the destination as we missed the first turn, but there are visible indications along the route. The hotel offers free parking within the area.Staff is very kind and welcoming; check in was quick and smooth.Rooms are very comfortable and quite big very clean and comfortable. Tea set at your disposal was very appreciated.The bed was very very comfortableBathroom quite big and very clean, fluffy towels! We stayed for dinner as well: it offers a nice chioce of disheseverything was very well cooked and presented; staff very careful and nice.

    We spent a night here and found the staff very welcoming, the atmosphere and decor pleasant and the food great.The chef made an interesting recommendation about the local wines of Liguria saying they are not in the same league in terms of length and finish as bigger wines but they were pleasant easy drinking and worth tasting.It’s a short cycle ride from the airfield but there’s not much immediately around.     Good time in perugia

    Lovely hotel with plenty of car park space. Hotel is clean and has all the four star amenities. It’s a bit of a drive to town but that’s was ok as there is congestion charge around the city. The only minus would be that we went for breakfast at 09:30 and the sign outside the restaurant says that the restaurant was close. Upon enquiring with front desk, we were told that’s it’s still open. We went back but there was no table setup for breakfast, the waiter felt a bit annoyed that we came in. We had to ask for everything as the buffet was nearly empty. But positively, the hotel is great and clean with a great view.

    The HOtel is a bit removed from the center of the city but this is not bad considering that the ones in the are often difficult to reach by car. The structure is new and has been recently restored. rooms are average size and bathrooms are spacious with a shower that has a wide 1mtx1mt size. The bed is comfortable and the king size is not made of 2 separate beds that separate during the night when you sleep at the juncture. The restaurant is very good and the staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The food is top level and there is a welcome snack table that alone is worth the visitThe wi.fi is very fast up to 50MB/S which is really strange in a hotelSome suggestions to the extremely good and professional staff and manager/owner (?):1. Change the shower heads with simpler and water-efficient ones that double tye water pressure2. A larger TV screen would be a great improvement 3. Why not think about a Lavazza coffee machine in the rooms as well?
