On arrival meet by such friendly reception staffRoom 94 allocated on level O overlooking car park. Clean room but not 4* amenities, curtains did not fully block out lights from car park. Comfy bed and decent shower. We were half board and arrived late but had a buffet evening meal which was average. Breakfast was good the following morning and had a lovely day by the pool. Nice hotel would recommend for the price paid.

Prices are fair, but ants 🐜 crawling all over the beedroom floor, lots of stuff that doesn’t work (TV, toilet, shower etc)…. It’s simply not good enough. If it hadn’t been for the perfect pool area and the brilliant location on a hillside providing a breeze during the heatwave, grades had been one further down. Displaying four stars is one and a half too many.

This is a beautiful place! The staff were incredibly friendly and the area is calm and lovely. Just a short walk to the lake and the pool is amazing! Alin the bar manager looked after us so well - first class service - we felt like royalty!Thank you so much

Sicilian hospitality at its best

This is a lovely, family run hotel providing clean and comfortable rooms in the centre of Taormina. We had a boxing room with views of Etna and the Bay, which was lovely. The staff are friendly and attentive and always there to help. The private beach club affiliated with the hotel is beautiful. The beach was quiet and the club house stunning. We also ate lunch there which was really nice with brilliant service. My only criticism is the hotel gets quite noisy from about 8am as the cleaning staff start work. The stone floors throughout mean that noise carries so there’s little chance of a lie in I’m afraid. But, you can get up and go to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast with its amazing views and lovely staff.

when we arrived (2 adults 1 18month old), we realised it's smaller than the photos showed. But it actually was perfect. Walking distance to the lake. 2 pools, one of which our toddler could walk in. a massive space in the bar for our boy to run around. amazing food for dinner and breakfast. service always came with a smile. it gets crowded at night after dinner as there is not enough space. also, get to dinner early as by 20:45 it starts being cleared away.
