    At first glance, the bed in the room allocated to us appeared spacious; but it was just two worn out single mattresses shoved together. One mattress had a significant dip; it should have been thrown away a long time ago. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor -unfortunately I did not bring my ground mat and sleeping bag.The shower cubicle was a little shabby with some tile grouting discolouration.The toilet pan had a degree of scratching/staining - probably limescale.I could not find one English speaking tv channel -so this is not an International hotel in that sense.There was often noise from the reception area and from the bar space until around midnight or 1am. The road was not busy, but due to the hotel's proximity to the road, traffic noise was a further disturbance throughout the nights.

    We stayed four nights at tis lovely boutique hotel in Perugia. The room was very comfortable and the double glazing blocked out all outside noise. The breakfast was an extensive buffet. The Pool looked very clean and had plenty of loungers around it.The value was amazing €149 per night.

    We spent 12 days in Umbria and used Perugia as our home base. This lovely hotel is about 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. You must have a rental car to stay here as the bus rarely comes by and it is not within walking distance of Perugia center. We had a car so no issues for us, There is excellent on site free parking. The hotel is wonderful. Big thanks to the fabulous Jessica and Aymen at the front desk! They helped us every day and made dinner reservations for us several times. They were always warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The shower is small, but typical for Europe. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate is phenomenal. There is nothing they have not thought of to serve!! The staff at breakfast are also absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!! Highly recommend.

    Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Silence is the main character of the site, where a nice garden offers typical Italian ornamental trees. Visitors can use the swimming pool. It offers a nice landscape.

    I would stay at this hotel a thousand times over!! The staff was incredibly attentive, the service and food were impeccable, and the grounds were beautiful. The adjacent hotel restaurant food was to die for!!My wife and I from New York stayed between November 3rd 2021 - November 10 2021. The following staff were amazing....Jessica! Anna! Chiara! and Michele,,,,,we loved all of them and will be asking for them when we return!!
