  A/c not working the way you want it

  4 star Hotel cant agree Breakfast mediocer bread selection very limited. A/c set to 20 degress woke up in a hot room 3 am room temp was 25, pillow very hard. Good thing was the location very close to Piazza Cavalli which is the center of this town.

  Our stay was A+ perfect! This modern hotel is a short walk from the Piacenza train station and in the heart of the old city. The hotel was perfectly quiet and comfortable. Just about all of city’s sights are a few minutes’ walk. The neighborhood was super-quiet, safe, and secure. The room was the perfect size for us, well-designed, decorated, furnished, and absolutely immaculate! As frequent travelers, we appreciate attention to details, and this hotel clearly knows travelers’ needs. Thank you!!!

  Topflight hotel, centrally located a block from the main square.

  We enjoyed our stay here and we very pleased with the service. Only thing lacking was that we were not helped bringing in our luggage,If you are arriving by car, be aware that you must drive one short block into a pedestrian area before the right turn to the hotel. Just give the front desk your plate number and you will not get a ticket.

  Decent option in central Piacenza

  This is a hunk of brutalist architecture dropped into the middle of Piacenza; there’s a reason there are no photos of the outside. We stayed for a single night and arrived late (11:30) after our flight was delayed. The room on the 6th floor was welcoming and functional. We managed to park in the garage (not advisable for nervous drivers) for €16 for the night. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options. I’d stay here again.
