This hotel enjoys an excellent location just 800 m from Pisa (Galileo Galilei) International airport and from the A12 and A4 motorways. This new establishment features an innovative, attractive design, and is extremely accessible and therefore perfect as a base for artistic, cultural or wine and food excursions into Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding countryside, as well as to the Tirrenian coast.

Facility

2 junior suites and 151 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service and a laundry service.     The hotel is very close to airport the taxi was 15e with tip. I left my phone in the taxi and the man on reception (Frederico) was so so helpful he called the taxi company tracked down the phone and arranged for it to be returned. Amazing customer service ! As for the hotel it’s clean but a little dated but convenient for the airport

    We didn't really stay there; we had it booked (by mistake). Can't comment on anything but staff very understanding. Michael at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

    I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport for a morning flight. And it is close to the airport and we did get to have a reasonable breakfast. However, I cannot understand how it maintains its four star rating. It was a blast from the past, an Eastern block past. The noises the working lift made were terrific. There are no drink making facilities in rooms. Half the lights in the large, soulless reception were turned off and the décor throughout was very tired – it was generally a gloomy place.

    This was the low point of the holiday, due to the room having a strong and unpleasant odour of cigarette smoke. It was probably a room designated for smokers, though I did not request this and was not asked.The location may be good for a car, but is not convenient to walk to & from, even for nearby sites such as the airport.The restaurant staff and the breakfast were good.

    Everything was acceptable in the hotel... except the rude staff (particularly an old lady) during breakfast. She was a true example of a racist person. She made us feel like prisoners...shame on her...She literally shouted on me as if I a slave and I should not be thr...When I tried to complaint in the reception they didn't even have a grievance form. Pathetic and Racist towards Indians. She made people feel small. Do know the meaning of hospitality and service.Very very bad experience.Deepshikha, India bhaduri.deepshikha@gmail.com
