    Great location, just meters from the famous Tower.Restaurant and bar both excellent.Staff very friendly and helpful on the whole.

    Ok so trying to be as honest as I can. As stated by another reviewer you can see that this hotel was once probably the best hotel in Pisa. It certainly gives you that feeling of grandeur in it's hay day. Unfortunately it's in serious need of investment and upgrade which is a big shame. To be honest I kept feeling it didn't need much. Room was big and spacious as was bathroom. But again bath/shower very dated. A walk in shower would make a huge difference. We didn't try the air-conditioning and I would be worried if I was staying there during the summer. Breakfast was plentiful and varied enough including scrambled eggs. Contrary to lots of reviews and a big worry for a light sleeper but my room was reasonable quiet. That might have been because I requested a quiet room in advance though. Rooms was clean. Another gripe was lack of power points. Only one in the room and nowhere near bedside. The biggest plus for this hotel is the view from roof top bar and it's 2 minute walk to the tower of Pisa. For this it cannot be beaten

    Horrible dated hotel. Beds incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the whole room very outdated. The bathroom could do with a full refurb. As other reviews have mentioned, there is no sound proofing at all! When trying to sleep I could hear people snoring in the room above and next door. I was also woken up throughout the night by leaf blowers/ glass bottle collections / vans in the street. No air con as it’s not summer but the windows only opened an inch, but would just slam shut so the room was hot and stuffy, which the mosquitoes loved!!We had a cocktail on the rooftop bar which was nice, and the views are incredible, but watch out as the complementary snacks were full of ants!

    Room was big we had a view of a wall which was a shame the room was far to hot and no air con as we was told it was winter there. Great location. Breakfast was not good.
