    Crickets in Tuscany

    It’s a beautiful location and we sat outside accompanied in the background by a choir of crickets. The noise was incredible but made the occasion quite unique with the subtle pop music in the background.The service was efficient , food very good served on nice white table cloths. The ‘star of the show’ was the millefoglie. Have not tasted better.

    We passed by that place and stopped for a dinner, which was fantastic. Great place, relaxed atmosphere, awesome food. Personnel is very kind. The place itself left the desire to come back again not only for dinner, but for overnight, maybe more. To get some detox from busy chaos, enjoy the nature and return back to child’s times when the grass was greener and the sky more blue

    We had a pleasure to stay at Locanda Sant’Agata for a week , and we can’t say an off of this wonderful place. The atmosphere is peaceful, the place is a perfect location, closed to Pisa, Lucca, Versilia ..Family owned and we loved this feeling , we really enjoyed their hard working to make sure we enjoys our experience. The room is spacious, very well cleaned , lovely simple but beautiful decor , perfect restored, with a modern touch . The restaurant is a top gem place in town and not only…the passion of the chef Nicola it’s incredible, the continue research of create a dish that represent the tradition with a modern point of view. Stunning ! A great experience ! Thank you all…Anna, Nicola,Elisa and Silvia to make our stay memorable ! Please don’t esitate to stop in this beautiful place to enjoy good time with good people.     Beautiful Property and Amazing Service

    A friend in Italy recommended this place for my two day stay in the area. The property was everything I was told 5 star service. The property is very clean, with 9 private rooms. But the main item was the restaurant with a variety of Italian inspired dishes and great outdoor and indoor seating.     Rural charm

    We stayed here whilst in Tuscany. The old building is a nicely converted old farm building surrounded by farm land on the outskirts of the town. The hotel is set back from the main road & the entrance very easy to miss especially at night. We stayed in the old part of the hotel & enjoyed our couple of days there. Dined in 1 night & found the food a revelation. The staff were very good & you might expect with a small family run establishment. We made use of the local trains to travel back & forth to Pisa which we found much better than trying to drive in.
