Facility

100 rooms, including junior suites, 2 suites, 24 single rooms and 73 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     The hotel seems nicely renovated (some rooms are still under renovation). Windows well insulate fro outside (being in fronf of a busy station square was a risk but my room was very quiet). Breakfast was stard for this sort of hotels.

    Location is great where the Pisa central station is two minutes away across from the hotel main door 7 minutes by taxi from airport and only 12 euros It’s a walking distance to the city centre ( 13 minutes but am a good walker ) Lots of restaurants around and a small mini market just a minute away from the hotel on the right corner The hotel staff were amazing and welcoming .All professional and smiling effortlessly.I have been upgraded to an apartment on the fifth floor and it was gorgeous,spotless and actually very quiet considering the station is very close .I did not have breakfast so I can’t comment on that but there is a kettle and tea and coffee in the room I stored my luggage in the last day at the hotel and they have arranged taxis for me multiple times which was great Definitely coming back

    The hotel’s location was definitely its strongest feature — being so close to the train station made getting around very convenient and was ideal for travelling to and from the airport. The staff were generally friendly during our stay, although they didn’t offer much assistance or information when we were affected by train strikes, which would have been appreciated.One thing that felt quite misleading was the hotel’s “eco” initiative, where guests staying multiple nights could choose not to have their room cleaned in exchange for a free drink. In reality, there were three of us staying and we were only offered a single drink between us for the entire stay, limited to either a soft drink or a beer, which felt rather stingy and not much of an incentive.Unfortunately, the breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, and paying extra to include breakfast did not feel worthwhile. The bacon was virtually raw every morning, and the coffee from the machine was incredibly strong, bitter, and honestly unpleasant to drink. Overall, while the hotel was convenient for transport links, the food and overall service experience left quite a lot to be desired.

    Perfect location for Pisa Central Station!

    We stayed here for a week, and most days we just went to the Pisa Central Station which we could see from our balcony, so it was super easy to go on day trips by train from Pisa. The room was generous, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the TV had lots of English-speaking channels. Free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately we were not able to find any nice restaurants close to the hotel, but we solved that with eating big lunches and only eat some snacks in the room in the evenings,
