    Highly recommend this stunning small hotel. We had a spacious individual, elegant room with everything we needed. A welcome bottle of red wine & nibbles was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was delicious. The reception staff are brilliant, so helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations. Laura contacted me before our stay by email to check our arrival time. The location is just perfect.

    Wonderful stay. I had a beautiful room (suite). Lovely decor, complimentary goodies including some delicious mini Easter eggs.     Stayed for one night with family - 2 joining rooms. Great location - close to main attractions and restaurants. Rooms had a lot of character and were clean. Breakfast excellent. The staff were amazingly helpful with recommendations and advice for trains and cabs.Would recommend and I would stay again. thank you.

    I can not fault our stay, everything was excellent, the pre arrival communications were good, all of the staff were great, the room is will appointed, the cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was amazing. All I can say is don't look elsewhere as this is the place to stay, 5 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo.

    My wife and I stayed at the Palazzo Feroci hotel in Pisa for three nights for our 40th wedding anniversary. Our stay was amazing. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms was huge. What made our trip was just how friendly all the staff were. We had a slight problem with one aspect of our stay and the two ladies that operated reception sorted this out immediately. They couldn't do enough for you!! We were even given a complimentary bottle of Procecco, which wasn't necessary but was very welcome indeed. Then there was a fabulous breakfast, once again staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone, you will have an amazing experience.
