The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Stayed 5 nights. Apartment 4 was absolutely filthy so we asked for another room. Nothing available except Apartment 3... the bathroom was cleaner ! We were told 'you take it' or 'go'. Reception staff shrugged their shoulders when we showed them the dirty furniture... perhaps they are used to it!. We had no alternative but to stay, as little time as possible was spent in the room. Towels were new but had never been washed so we were covered in fluff! Swimming pool didnt look too clean but it was cold so we didn't use it. On the plus side the food in the 4th floor restaurant was good every night and the bar and restaurant staff very kind and attentive.

    Avoid. I resent paying 5 star money for a 3-4 star hotel. For example no room servicerestaurant only open at night and menu never changed all week. Forget tea,coffee or a snackno facilities for car hire, excursions (you are in the middle of nowhere)hair or beauty salonstv not working then no CNN or BBCno promised welcome drinkno tour of hotel and no written information no still water in mini barbeach charges from 25€_50€ a day!!!staff not that helpful. Can’t believe this is typical of Italian 5 star hotels- back to Greece next year!!

    It’s been said before in many reviews but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Nowhere near it and I feel conned that we were led to believe it was. The representation online is deceiving and I would save your money and go elsewhere. The staff are disengaged and give off an air of unfriendliness and unhelpfulness … as if your a nuisance to them. The staff in the rooftop bar were the exception to this. The rooms are basic and the level of cleanliness is not up to standard ie. Sand left in your room after they’ve cleaned it, musty smell from bed linen. The breakfast lacks variety and the food ie. Bread etc isn’t freshThe ‘wellness centre’ or gym consists of 3 cardio machines .. 1 of which didn’t work. Wi-Fi is patch in rooms and around the pool area. There is very little to do in the area and you need a car if you don’t want to rely on taxi’s and public transport. Altogether a very disappointing stay with my 2 teenage daughters … we would never return.

    Definitely not a five star hotel. The staff was very indifferent, from the minute we arrived. The room and other facilities in the whole hotel were unclean, in our room there were visible stains in bathroom door and sheets. Breakfast was decent if going early enough to breakfast.

    This hotel is showing as 5 stars on many websites, I would say it is more like a 3.We visited 16-21 Sept ‘24 and found the hotel to be unclean, staff unhelpful and local area closed.The bedrooms were spacious, but not very clean - dust on skirting boards, doors frames, on top of wardrobe and air conditioning vents. The air conditioning constantly failed so calls to reception to fix.The room was serviced daily with clean towels, but more wider cleaning was needed.Communal areas were all white, which showed up all dirt and grubbiness.Leaking down pipe on our balcony was constantly dripping, Extra charges apply to accessing beach loungers - €50/60 a day! Which we weren’t aware of.Very limited food choices, nothing for vegan/vegetarians.Only one restaurant available for dinner when we stayed, very seafood based.Local area was all closed - possibly the season ended early, but felt very isolated and no choices in close proximity for other meal options.Would not recommend.
