  Great location. Poor decor ,all rooms need to be painted. Shower room is tiny . Shower door fell off. Felt like I was in Fawlty Towers .

  SCAM & DISGUSTINGLY RUDE

  While staying here at hotel touring I think I have been part of a scam. After checking in late I went straight to my room to go to bed, 40 minutes later I was woken up by aggressive banging on my door, it was the man from reception claiming I broke the lift and they knew it was me because my suitcase was 20kg. After explaining it couldn’t have been us and arguing back and forth I said we will speak about this in the morning. Check out was at 12 and at 11:50 I had the same aggressive knocking on the door, this was a different person from reception, a lady with 4 security guards telling me I need to leave the room immediately and come to reception to pay for the repairs on the elevator. Upon arriving at reception the 4 security guards were standing at the door so we couldn’t leave. The woman on reception was telling me I had to pay 1050€ or I could not leave the hotel. I asked to see the CCTV to show me breaking the lift, she said she will not be showing me anything to just pay the repairs or she’ll phone the police to have us arrested. I then rang the Irish embassy to get some advice on what to do. They asked to speak with the lady on reception and she refused. The embassy then said they needed to contact council and would phone me back with further advise but to get our bags and try to leave as she could not hold us there against our will. We tried to do so and she explained we at least need to pay the city tax in which I said “of course I’ll pay that” I only had 50 euro cash so I handed her that and she told me she’ll be keeping the change and we will call it a “discount” on the lift. I asked her for my money back as this is theft, she refused and then picked up the phone and began speaking to someone in Italian and would not acknowledge us any further, we waited around for a further few minutes and then awkwardly moved past the four security guards standing at the door and left. I am so so shaken from this whole experience, from the aggression, the threats and the theft. I have never ever had an experience like this in my whole life while travelling I’m so shocked and shaken from this experience, it has completely ruined what should have been the start of a great week in Italy for myself and my partner.

  Overpriced 2 star hotel that claims to be a 3 star hotel

  This hotel is massively overpriced for what it offers. It pretends to be a three-star, but in reality, it's a tired, run-down two-star at best. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the grim reality: malfunctioning showers with either freezing or scalding water, bizarre room layouts that make no sense, non-update climate systems that are noisy, bad insulation (sound) that keep you up at night, and a breakfast so bad it’s almost insulting, cheap, stale, and barely edible. Avoid unless you enjoy being disappointed and overcharged.

  Lowest staff attitude I ever experienced in any hotel. Where do they find these people, in sicilian prisons? These people clearly would starve if Pisa wouldn't be such a tourist magnet and people gotta stay somewhere. Better take a zero star alternative nearby.

  Hotel Touring spoiled the last 2 days of out holiday

  Dreadful hotel. No tea/coffee facilities, no chair to sit on, shower had a curtain hanging from the ceiling with no shower tray so it flooded the whole bathroom. The hairdryer was held together with black tape and it was next to the sink. The room was roasting and reception informed us it wasn’t hot enough for the air conditioning so they had turned it off. The hotel is in a dodgy area. The only plus point was that it was clean. It is nothing like the photos on the site. Dodgy advertising.
