  We are staying at this hotel with friends, and unfortunately, we’re quite disappointed. The service is poor, and the food at breakfast is very bad. The soundproofing in the room is terrible — at night you can clearly hear cars passing on the highway. The hotel is also located far from the city, which makes it very inconvenient. In my opinion, this hotel definitely does not deserve its 4-star rating.   Clean but no frills hotel

  The air conditioner didn't work properly so we opened the windows and enjoyed the cool night along with a few mosquitos. The breakfast buffet was overly crowded and not enough coffee machines. The main course of meat were cut up hot dogs that didn't look appetizing. The hotel was clean and just average as far as a night's sleep.   No a/c. Room too HOT!!!!!

  Room too hot and not a/c until late May. Their excuse is the city is not allowing to turn it on.We came to Florence and stayed at this hotel hoping to stay in a good hotel.They claimed to be almost 5 star hotel.All my friends complained about this and some other things.

  not a convenient stay for visiting Florence

  hotel location is right in between Florence and prata and just next to the highway. if you have a car, you are good to go, and free parking is a pros. if not you are in trouble: no public transportation around (~15min walking and then tram or bus) so it's not very convenient stay for visiting Florence. rooms are dusty, cleanliness is not sufficient, floors are old, needs renovation (seems under renovation). bathrooms are ok though. their elevators are small and not enough at all. free Wi-Fi is fair. breakfast is very poor. they have restaurant as well.

  Terrible, never 4 stars hotelDirty room with dirty floor, dirty walls and mosquitoes.Dishes and forks for breakfast were dirty.Tour agencies should reconsider using this hotel. They use it because of the space for the bus, but it was an awful experience.
