    The hotel is terrible and feels like a youth hostel very different from the photos. Even though amenities listed show spa there is none and they charge a fortune to use it. The host doesn’t speak English and is rude, rooms are filthy, linen has stains and fridge had ice cream all over. The cherry on the cake is the aggressive owner who bullied us with very rude messages after we gave him a bad review. He also seems like a compulsive liar in his answers to our bad review. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, stayed in much nicer hotels in the area for much less. That was the most and only unpleasant experience we had in Puglia when all the other hosts were great.

    Motel six at BEST. This facility is extremely basic. Small rooms with old furniture, which was in various states of disrepair. Breakfast was very basic as well and nothing at all to get excited about. The only redeeming feature of this facility was its location near the old town section. The staff only spoke Italian so if you are an English speaking guest, you’re in trouble. I would not stay here again and don’t understand the many positive reviews that I’ve read about this place. STEFANO DE PADOVA, Proprietario at Ada Suites, responded to this review Dear, you must have chosen the wrong property because the rooms start from 30 square meters and up. We all speak at least two languages, I specifically speak four. The furniture is new. It's a shame, however, that this way you mislead the reader. Please check carefully before reviewing. I understand that you stay in many properties and that you might miss it, but by doing so you are gratuitously denigrating those who work with professionalism and love. Please be careful.

    Good accomodation and location just out of Centro Storico.

    Good location within walking distance to Centro Storico. Great restaurants, bars, cafe’s all around the accomodation. The only let down was parking - it is not included, you either have to be lucky enough to find on the street or pay. Not a big deal but good to know. Breakfast is simple but plentiful, gracious staff.

    Excellent stay and very good location - 5 minutes away from old Lecce. Breakfast was very good and Stefano and Team did a great job to ensure our stay was comfortable. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was courteous and polite. Check in and out was super easyWould highly recommend this place and will book again here

    Beautiful building & bedrooms very close to the historic centre. Only a few minutes walk to Porta Napoli. Very comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Free parking on the street outside. Helpful staff who gave us an upgrade and early check in
