  Good location and perfect if you have a car

  A great place to stay outside the city center of Lecce if you have a car. There is a big free car park at the hotel. It was a quick drive from the hotel to old town Lecce, and an easy to drive to visit other sites in the Puglia region. Our room was very large and the breakfast was great with lots of options. The only issue was that we thought there were laundry facilities. There are no self serve laundry machines and the laundry service that the hotel provides does not operate on weekends and takes multiple days. There is a self serve laundromat a short drive away in the quaint town of Cavallino.

  A modern hotel with nice decor and large rooms. Stay spoilt by the lack of advertised laundromat on site - a principal reason for choice (only send out laundry service) and spa bathrooms not having a separate shower. A little isolated on ring road although great restaurant nearby if you like large meals! Beware of challenges parking in Lecce historic centre which is not easily accessible unless driving from this property.

  Modern and friendly but far from downtown Lecce. The staff is friendly, but poorly trained, and therefore frustrating when issues arise. There is no fitness center. The Wi-Fi though free is mostly useless. It is reminiscent of dial up speeds, when available at all.Theoretically, there is laundry service, but there is no estimate of how long it will take for you to receive your laundry back. Use at your own risk and be prepared to part with your clothes.Water temperature in the shower varies unpredictably.

  Stayed here as part of a Road Scholars tour of Puglia. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. There's no restaurant on the premises, but we had a sandwich and salad from the snack bar, which was a fine supper after a big Italian lunch. Another night, we had a delicious dinner at the La Bella 'mbriana | Ristorante Pizzeria, very close by. The hotel grounds are spacious, but no swimming pool or other amenities. Only drawback is that it's a short drive to the heart of beautiful, historic Lecce.

  What is at the hotel is excellent, but there are many things they do not have. They do not have a pool, jacuzzi, evening restaurant, fitness room, business center, or in room microwave, mini-bar, or coffee maker.Location: It is near major highways. It is not within walking distance to anything. It is within a few kilometers of Lecce central.Property: This is a conference hotel. The grounds are beautiful. There is a nice water feature in the rear that is not operating. There is a lot of outdoor parking, but it fills up. There is underground parking available for a surcharge.There is a bar which has lite fare and Italian hours of operation. The lobby is large. Everything is clean. The roof garden was locked.Staff: Some speak English reasonably well. They are very helpful and prompt. We had a low battery on the safe. A technician was immediately sent to the room. They do not have coffee makers in the room. They sent us a hot water pot and boiler so we could make instant coffee.Room: We had a large suite. It was not a true two room suite. The living area was separated from the bedroom by countertops holding the TV and drawers.The room was large and clean. The furnishing were modern with lots of white. The exception was the large sofa bed. It was blue cloth and did not fit the decor.The room had hardwood floors. In the middle of the living room was a very low, round white object. It had no function but decoration.The long dressing table on a wall just inside the door was helpful, but it had no electrical outlet. The desk area in the bedroom had no lighting. The chairs were molded plastic.The mattress was firm. both pillow choices were large and firm. There we no night stands. Instead there was shelf that ran along the headboard.The bathroom was large. The shower was large with the showerhead and the wand in two separate areas of the shower. The one sink was wide and shallow. Breakfast: The breakfast room was large. The staff fills the order in a cafeteria line. The service is prompt unless you go down when the tour group is eating. There are many food choices. The coffee is self serve from a machine. This is a slow process especially with a line.
