    From the moment we arrived unannounced, Anna provided a lovely tour of the facility and specifically their rooms, which were all amazing, clean, well furnished with excellent views. The restaurants were all fabulous as well as all their staff. Patrizia provided superb information of the Puglia area and tours. All in all a complete, relaxing delight!     Stunning hotel & service

    We had an amazing time at this stunning hotel. Because it only has circa 40 rooms, it really felt like you were staying in a gorgeous house. The staff are incredible and can’t do enough for you. So polite, attentive, efficient and friendly. They really all are an asset to the hotel. We stayed in a classic room which was perfect. We had a walk-in shower, a lovely ground floor terrace and a very comfortable bed. There’s plenty of storage in the room as well. The pool area is gorgeous, the loungers have very thick cushions making them so comfy. The pool staff are there to make sure you have everything you need. They were extremely attentive, ensuring that your lounger was in the right position & putting parasols up and down as required. We didn’t have the best weather (it was very mixed) however we had three full days of sun and it was a pleasure to relax in such a lovely environment. The sea was cold but very refreshing and so clear. The only negative that I can think of is that the pools were very cold and I did mention this to one of the staff members who said they would take it on board. All in all super hotel and we would love to return.     If you're making a trip to the Pouilles, this is exactly the place to stay. The hotel is very well located, and the grounds are incredible with their sea views. The breakfast is fantastic with a fresh products and a big choices.But what makes this hotel truly amazing is its staff. From the bar, to the restaurant, to the reception and housekeepers, everyone is simply incredible. There are small touches that you rarely see in the hotel industry today (especially in France) that have made all the difference. The managers of this hotel can be very proud of their employees.     This was actually our second year in a row staying here and the first year I knew the hotel/ staff/ service;/ food at every meal/ ambiance was over the top amazing and sure enough they received a Michelin fork and star a few months later, so I felt validated to all of the people I raved to about this hotel. The staff makes it, the ambiance sets the relaxation but vibrant tone, and the food lets you know you are fully taken care of with different meals and restaurants having unique drinks and food. Most hotels have the same drinks for each restaurant or bar but this is unique day to day (even the breakfast is mixed up each day with something you couldn't get the day before and may not get again). The gift shop has amazing bathing suits, dresses, home fragrance and many other items. Your stay will make you feel like you are special.It is located so that getting to the white villages is central, but we found that we took a few villages off our list as we wanted to just be at the hotel. I think the most telling thing was when we left the first year, our 10 year old said on the way to the airport "I don't want to leave, the people are so nice and the families are together and everyone is really happy" - Out of the mouth of babes...     Wonderful small luxury hotel.

    Delightful small luxury hotel. Perfectly located directly on the sea shore. Wonderful friendly service, delicious dining options and overall just a great stay. The local public transport is infrequent, so a car is handy to explore the region. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
