    Perfect romantic stay with amazing spa

    We stayed at Giovi Relais in Polignano for one night as a couple, mainly to relax and enjoy the spa experience, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, right in the historic center of Polignano, which makes the atmosphere even more charming.The private spa experience was the highlight of our stay. It’s a couples-only path and includes a salt room, emotional shower, Turkish bath, and a pool with hydromassage and waterfall. The entire experience lasts 90 minutes and feels very relaxing and well organized — truly perfect for unwinding.We stayed in a Superior Double Room, which was exceptional: very spacious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt clean, elegant, and well cared for.Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of fresh options, and it was served on a terrace with a stunning view, which made the experience even more special.Overall, it was a truly amazing stay and definitely an experience we would love to repeat.

    I only used the spa facility and it was absolutely worth my time and money. The staff puts high emphasis on privacy and I had the whole space to myself. I enjoyed the chroma shower, Turkish bath /sauna, tepid water tub, warm salt wall room and had an exceptionally relaxing time. They provided water, juice and fresh fruit. I moved from room to room at my pace. The lighting was beautiful (a local artist specializes in glass art). I have only two suggestions for improving: more towels and use of a bathrobe. I would have lounged in the main room where there were refreshments but I was a bit cold (due to the temperature of the room contrast with care facilities. I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend the experience...whether you are alone (as I was) or in good company. Highly recommend.

    We had the absolute best time here! The location, breakfast, rooms, and customer service were so wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our visit. Nicolleta was fabulous and so kind! We would love to return again in the future!

    Perfect spot for a stay in Polignano a Mare

    Polignano a Mare is a great central location for exploring the beautiful and fascinating towns of Puglia. And, Giovi Relais is a perfect spot to stay.d The hotel has an amazing location, right on Via Roma, the center of the historic district. The street is lined with shops and restaurants, and most charming - at night, it is lit with signs with the lyrics from "Volare" in honor of the iconic song and the great Domenico Modugno.The hotel is lovely, with very comfortable, clean rooms. The staff is absolutely delightful. And, as an amazing bonus, as a guest of the hotel, you are entitled to an exclusive, e-hour Wellness visit to their amazing spa. It is underground in a gorgeous stone cavern, very elegant and beautifully designed. Perfect spot for a stay in Puglia. Note: There is no parking at the hotel but there is a free lot very close by and street parking is easy.

    This hotel was unwilling to accommodate our request to cancel the stay and charged us the full amount despite us never stepping foot on the property. Their staff provided zero support; it was a very disappointing experience. Use caution when booking
