Old and smelly, many things were broken. Breakfast ok but after 20 min still waiting for bacon 👎👎👎. Slow service. Brown water came out in the bathroom. Towels with holes, and greyish.

How this hotel got a 4 star rating is beyond me…it should have a 0 star rating. A so-called deluxe room with a toilet that didn’t flush, elevators that were out of order, mediocre breakfast, rude reception staff….and way overpriced!!!!I arrived without a reservation late at night (plane was delayed so a missed connection forced me to take an unexpected bus ride to Lecce). The Tiziano is across from the bus station and I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person to roll in late at night and they knew I didn’t have a lot of choice. They definitely took advantage of my situation by over charging for a room that they knew was not in condition to be rented.

Pleasantly surprised!

We were hesitant to book this hotel after reading the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. At reception we were greeted by Eleonora with a great big smile. She helped us with the parking and was super nice! Hotel is a bit dated but no complaints here. Breakfast was great with many options. Walking distance to historic Lecce. It was perfect for us!

. It needs an overall refurbishment. The pool area is a bit run down and 2 out of 3 lifts were out of order. The room was quite large clean and spacious but the bath needs maintenance as the jacuzzi knobs do not work and the drain is blocked. The towels were not spotless but rather greyish. The only positive aspect is the dining as the staff were quite helpful and the plated food offered was quite good. They even offered second helpings. Definately not a 4 star hotel as rated.

When we arrived, we were given an up graded room which was large, clean and modern. Everything worked! We seemed to be in a different hotel from some of the recent poor reviews. The pool was lovely, drinks and snacks served on the terrace, and very helpful staff. The restaurant was wonderful and so was the breakfast. We choose this hotel because of the location, and it did not disappoint, close to town centre and the bus station. Many thanks to the staff for a lovely holiday.
