    Nice hotel conveniently situated near main attractions & the old town, staff very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is quite nice , my husband had steak & I had the steak strips both were beautiful & on saying we didn’t want any dessert the waitress brought out some sort of rich chocolate cake which was very tasty , she bought us about 10 pieces over I ate 3 & had to stop myself from having more. Foggia itself is not worth a visit ( in my opinion) early afternoon was like a ghost town but we get to see the beautiful church all by ourselves, we ventured out again early evening & although there seemed to be lots of people milling around there wasn’t anywhere to get a meal or anyone that did draught beer we even saw one “restaurant “ that would only allow locals!! 🤣

    We just needed to stop overnight while driving south and stay at hotel Cicolella . Rooms are small by American standards but adequate. Very clean, all staff kind and helpful . Pretty standard Italian breakfast.

    Old fashioned, and interesting. Don’t trust the shower!

    I stayed at this hotel for one night mainly because it was a short walk to the station and I was traveling by train. It’s an old hotel and has dated features, but that didn’t concern me. Everything worked well, but the bathtub was scary because it was slippery and the shower was part of it. I could see crashing, but it didn’t happen. I would have killed for a glass of wine after six hours on the train, but the hotel’s restaurant and bar are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So it goes, breakfast was adequate in an old fashioned setting, drapes at the windows. There were hard boiled eggs, Cornetti, all sorts of breads, cakes. I made a little sandwich of wonderful bread, cheese and salami,for my lunch on the next train. The room was quiet. A good stay.

    Very central near station and main fountain. Quite a classicly decorated room with lots of wood and panels. Xxxx linens and towels. Good WiFi signal. Bed comfortable and good fan. Breakfast cold options only, but good quality. Restaurant very good quality with plenty of choices again of good quality.

    An old property very near to Foggia railway station this hotel offers a reasonably good stay for the money spent. Big rooms but not refurbished properly and one may struggle to get any TV channels other than Italian. But what made a difference was the staff who are extremely professional and caring. The breakfast was great with variety of Cakes and breads. Convenient for a night's stay for anyone who reaches very late at Foggia train station.
