    We stayed in the hotel for one night, as part of a cycle tour through Puglia. The hotel room was decent and staff were friendly. The issue i had was that i left a kindle in the room when i checked out. I notified my tour guide who contacted the hotel immediately. The hotel claimed that an external company cleans the room and they could not get hold of them. After a day the hotel said they renumerate my loss. Having been back home for nearly 2 months, the hotel is not answering any of my communications.

    I spent one night at Hotel Fuori Le Mura at the end of a bicycle tour around Puglia. The hotel is a fully modern facility with excellent rooms, a parking garage, and all the features you can expect from a modern high-rise hotel.I communicated with Antonio through email when arranging my booking. He was very helpful, professional, and informative. I was able to park my bicycle in the hotel's secure garage.When I arrived, my check-in was quick and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a solid fast internet connection. It was a medium-short walk to the 'old-town' section of Altamura, which is certainly worth a visit.

    Our car broke down as we were returning from Matera after midnight. A passerby notified the hotel miles away. The hotel van appeared and the driver arranged for a tow truck to a reliable garage and transported us to the hotel. The next day the hotel extended our checkout time and their van took us to our repaired car. Service like this is rare.

    This Hotel is pretty and well located.It is modern, bedrooms are clean, spacious and well looked after.Breakfast is very good, and there’s also an underground private parking.I tried the restaurant on the ground floor, it was very nice, and food was quite impressive. Personnel were kind.On the other side, both hotel waitress and cleaning ladies were very rude. They treated me like a was a nuisance.Also there are downsides of having big conference rooms right next to the bedrooms. There’s people shouting and lots of noise till very late into the evening. Very annoying.I would recommend it, as it is quite good, nevertheless I’ll probably choose differently if I’d need a quiet place, and personnel caring about guests. Hotel would be one of the best I’ve been. All it takes is a little more attention to details.

    At first sight ok but than...Too many pretensions but also many shortcomings, so definitely NOT a four star!

    Pro: large spacious underground parking and the junior suite is a fairly spacious room. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the center. But....Cons: NO individually adjustable air conditioning. Even in October it was very hot in our room, but we could only cool by opening the window, resulting in street noise and the stench of traffic.NO breakfast was served, but a cardboard box full of junk food (usually some prepackaged cookies). This was the only hotel on our tour where we did NOT get a proper breakfast and in case of complaints there was heavy discussion with the lady at the reception! The bathroom is spacious, but the toilet is right behind the door so that the toilet cannot be used before the door is closed and hopefully it will not be opened by the partner.Neither tissues nor bathrobes are available.
