    Low budget motel recently reopened after a pause. Clean, tiny cramped space. No blankets, towels like toilet paper. Graffiti, chains on doors, shuttered up vacant buildings surrounding the area, pool not working. Unsafe, pot smoking very bad!

    Overall a very nice place to stay. Everything is clean and the appartements are very big and comfortable. The southern part of the hotel is closed, probably caused by Corona crisis and also restaurant is closed. But pool area is very lovely and service is great.Summary: If you use it as stay to explore the area around definitely a good choice. Breakfast with sea view is also perfect …

    We where welcomed very kindly by the hostess, It’s a very nice lady and helps you with finding the best beaches and restaurants in the nearby surroundings. The appartment was very nice and all you need is there. One day we only had cold water, but when reported at the reception it was fixed immediately. Breakfast is good and the swimming pool is a really relaxing place. Nice places to visit are Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Ostuni, all within a 30minute drive.We had a really nice stay in september and also very nice weather! We recommand la Corvetta to everyone.

    This is a spacious and beautiful location, although the apartments are quite 'cosy', That aside, they have provided just about everything you could wish for a rather lovely holiday on a bit of a budget.The location is ideal to visit Monopoli and Polignano (both within 15 mins drive), two stunning seaside towns to amble, gaze at the views, take aperitifs, step into the little Italian independent shops and sample wonderful seafood restaurants.Just a few paces, across the road from La Corvetta, is a very nice tiny bay of sandy beach, crystal clear water and sunbeds to hire, which were cheaper than the beach clubs at Torre Cane by miles and really handy to be able to walk there and back for the pool. Nearby are two or three good restaurants for lunch and dinner, although the sea view location means fairly high prices. Lunch was far more reasonable.La Corvetta occupies quite an extensive area, and considering they only have 18 apartments which were full, it felt like we were the only ones there, often deserted. The pool is the star of the show, with glimpses of the blue sea and the sun loungers were particularly comfortable, worth staying just for these! The apartments were brand new, tastefully decorated in cool shades, the beds were very comfortable - we like solid mattresses. The bathroom was brand new and sparkling. If you are looking to use the kitchen, it would be a challenge as it is certainly not fully equipped. We made use of the fridge with lunch food and water but never anything more. The apartments are cleaned daily and there was always plenty of towels, a real plus. Breakfasts were ample, fresh fruit always good to see.All the staff were anxious to please and so very helpful. I think this is a great option for a good value stay with emphasis on all the important parts of a holiday one is looking for. It was perfect for us.

    Lack of atmosphere

    We spent three nights at La Corvetta. The apartment was clean and newly refurbished and the aircon worked fine. The breakfast is ok, and the waiter is nice and attentive. However, we were disappointed with the lack of atmosphere and attention to detail at this place. It seems like the refurbishing must have been done in a hurry as there are paint stains everywhere on the ground/walls etc. Half of the area still looks unkept almost like a construction site. There was no reception and we did not have internet connection during the whole stay. However, our biggest challenge was the music from the neighbors keeping us awake every night. Would not recommend this hotel as it is now. We do not find the standard to fit the 4-star recommendation given on the internet site, and the price is far too high for the standard offered.
