    What a SHAME and a SHAM!

    Absolutely terrible! Book through our RCI exchange network. RCI should be associated with this "resort"!Stayed 1 night and left. Should have known when we arrived to a parking lot full of trash. The dirty diaper near the main walk way to the entrance was a nice touch. The property is worn out, obviously not taken care of and neglected. Outdoor common areas and landscaping is not maintained. Our room was dated and aged. Broken furniture, inoperable fixtures, mold in the bathroom and hallway wall, a shower that drained so poorly that water overflowed onto the floor.... I can't stress how terrible this place is.After 1 night, we checked out. The manager was sitting behind the desk when we offered to explain why we were leaving, she looked up and shrugged. She declined to speak to us. Best decision we made was to leave and explore Puglia far away from this disaster!

    This was our first visit to this hotel & I would certainly not recommend it & does not a 4* star hotel. We left two days early, as we could not use the restaurant all week as it was fully booked with no explanation, a car is definitely recommended as in the middle of nowhere, the staff didn’t know if the restaurant nearby was open, or the opening time of the one local shop. The staff in Reception were extremely unhelpful with no information on the area, trips or places of interest in the area. Check in is from 6 pm but the Reception closes at 10 pm & the security staff do not start until midnight, so you have to phone a number on the door. The facilities are in poor condition & work needs to be done in the gardens. In the apartment the settee was not fit for use, mold in the shower & the frame of the double bed was falling apart as it squeaked when you sat on it. The rooms are cleaned once per week.

    It may have been a great place to stay… in the 60’s, because that’s probably the last time the rooms were updated. The couch in the “living area” was so old, I didn’t want to sit on it. There is a hot plate, likely also from the 60’s. Why bother. The bathroom is very old, the shower base is cracked. RCI should have dropped this property, it is an insult to the owners to even expect them to stay here. The dishware is ok, but the pots are ancient. No coffee maker or kettle. No dish soap. No corkscrew or wine glasses; we’re in Italy, for Pete’s sake!The plugs do not fit a North American to Europe adapter…except for one in the kitchen. Guess that’s where I’ll have to charge my devices. Too bad that, if you need to use a Cpap machine, you’re out of luck. The plug in the bedroom doesn’t fit the adapter.The list is endless.Do not stay here!The pool is nice-too bad it’s only open for 6 hours a day! From 10-1300, then 1500-1800. SHAME ON YOU RCI!

    The Hotel is very nice, however, we had some bad experiences.1. The receptionists hardly understand English which makes check-in difficult!2. The reception staff was neither friendly nor helpful! We had the impression that they obviously do not depend on tourists. (After all, as tourists, we contribute to their salaries.)3. The mandatory club card for EUR 105.00 covers the shuttle to the beach and the entertainment. In view of the fact that we came with our own car and did not use the pool, we had to pay this "special fee" for nothing.4. The beach nearby is rocky, thus, an access was created. In order to use this access, EUR 25.00 per day need to be paid (loungers and parasols included).To fully enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby (Rivabella, Spiaggia di Punta Prosciutto Torre Lapillo etc.) you definitely need a car.

    We arrived for a week to relax. The information we got at arrival was very few and in some aspects fals. The larger part of the staff cant speak English well. We had to buy a so called club card for 70 Euros but we could use it only for very few and uninportant things.
