    Good hotel with reservations about breakfast.

    My main complaints about the hotel are the breakfasts. There were often no available tables, and we had to wait. No one informed us that the breakfast price included fresh orange juice and many other extras, such as soft-boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelets, and so on. This is a serious omission. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and knowledgeable. The gentleman who helped travelers with their luggage and advised on many other matters was also excellent.

    I guess every room features baby blue stuff. Chairs. Drapes. Wallpaper. It looks kind of like retro 70s, but -- truth be told -- it's a good hotel, well-located, and offering a good mattress and good bathroom. The only knock we had was the lack of drawers. Not one was availabale for storage of our clothing. That's no reason for selecting elsewhere, but it is a bit odd. The location is outstanding. The service is fine. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

    Graziana Is The Reason To Stay Here

    If I could give this place six stars I would. Let’s start with the incredibly charming and professional staff led by the amazing Graziana! I’ve stayed at hotels from Saudi to Singapore and I’ve never encountered a more professional and caring GM than Graziana. She arranged rental cars, reservations, trains and buses and served not just as a concierge but as a genuine guide to this lovely part of Italy. She sets the gold standard for professional service. Bravissima! The hotel is well located and the breakfast is worth having included. Loved it. Actually extended our stay a few days. Spectacular.

    A really good experience, I would have to reiterate other reviews in terms of fab location, great reception and cleaning staff. Hotel immaculately cleanI think they just need to improve on some areas, that have been mentioned in others reviews. 1. Put crockery in the rooms and get rid of the papers cups. 2. Add more milk, sugar etc, 3. The lounge area at reception couches need attention really low and hard to get out of, 4. Bar staff need to be more avaliable rather than having to look for them and maybe a bit more attention to orders, mixing drinks, remembering orders and offering snacks same for the 6th Floor where we had drinks it would have been nice to have some Olives etc offered 5. I saw on another review that we could of had an ommelet for brekkie, but none were offered, the hot buffet is just lame its very cold (its not kept hot) so I would just remove it as the rest of the offering is good. Breakfast staff then could be more informative rather than just clearing tables so a menu would be helpful for guests 6. Bar snack menu could also be improved we had ham and cheese toasties and they arrived cold. 7 before booking I checked if the pool would be open and I was told it closed on the 31st Oct however it was closed off during our stay prior to that date, I think it would have been nice to have the option to sit by the pool as promised even if the pool was too cold to swimAll in all the hotel was very good maybe not a 5 star rating but I would return as the location to the sea, restaurants, bars, old town it was all on your doorstep when I heard people on the plane having issues with bus frequency etc so glad we stayed Central and paid that bit extra.
