  This is not the prettiest town in Puglia, definitely not, but the surrounding area is great. As for the hotel itself, though, wow. The rooms are truly amazing - probably the biggest bedroom we have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is enormous and excellent quality. Nearby we would recommend Ruffano and Tricase as places to visit.

  Latest review before this up to date one was a questionable one .The rooms are indeed Five star with romantic Spa Bath ( needs cleaning under rim) and enormous glass walk in shower with mini bar and coffee maker and a safe (didn’t work and when reported the HARD WORKING lady gave us a key but still couldn’t work it )The lovely lady who runs it is run off her feet and she gets my second “star”The swimming pool area is grotty and needs a refurbish and the two days we were there ( we would have left after one if we hadn’t paid) the cleaning device was still in the pool.No one had used it.The breakfast provided by the hard working manager was a table of pastries meats and a few buns with a small provision of fruit juice yogurt and granola.Coffee to your taste and eggs made to order we had ( not a clue how she would go on if everyone ordered eggs!)CERTAINLY not “five star”The roof area with a Four poster bed and sunbeds with seating area is again in urgent need of refurbishment ( I had to strain to see the pool from it as described by website)I don’t like giving negative criticism and can see the hotels original state as pretty spectacular but think I have been conned!

  Lovely room , lovely house, lovely breakfast and GREAT Service.Antonella and the other lady who helped with the maintenance were so sweet and helpful. Would stay there again for sure. We recommend the place to couples who want peace and quiet.

  An Amazing Hotel Find In Southern Puglia

  Spent 6 wonderful nights in this amazing part of Puglia. Antonella and her team made our stay so perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, whatever the time they were always available on What’s App to cater for our every need. Prosecco and fresh fruit on our arrival and great communication before our stay.This is a small hotel - 6 suites. The quality of our room was superb. Amazing bed, bath and shower and the best nights sleep ever. Air conditioning sets perfectly.The car park is only a couple of minutes from the hotel and is secure. Electric gate and accessible 24/7.The hotel is set in the most unlikely of places, on the street right in the neighbourhood of Miggiano. So you are right in with the locals which is lovely. There are some superb restaurants close by in Specchia. About a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend Macinate Cantine and also FIcarigna Ristorante. Lots of beautiful little towns to explore in this Southern part of Puglia. And the best beaches are a 30 minute drive away. The pool and roof Terrance is brilliant and available for use 24/7. You fee like you have the hotel to yourself. It’s totally relaxed and welcoming.Breakfast is fine. Fresh eggs and coffee with fresh orange and a pastry is what we had and enjoyed most morning.So thanks once again to Antonella and her team. We can’t thank you enough for making us feel so welcome, 🙏🏼

  Absolutely beautiful in nowhere

  This is a location that I wished was located in a better spot. It is out in the middle of nowhere and the city/town they are in seems to be run down. To a point where I would question walking the neighborhood when the sun is down. Comfort - 5The room that was given to us was just beautiful. High arching ceilings, ginormous spa bathtub, double sink and comfortable king size bed. Each room we peaked our heads in looked very spacious but they gave us the suite that was just magnificent. FYI, the breakfast was over the top and also very affordable. Location - 2In a run down city. A car is needed to get around. No local transportation or taxis that I saw. Staff - 5I can not speak any higher about the staff in this location. Not only did the room feel luxurious, the staff made the luxury even more evident. They were are our beckon call. We actually communicated via WhatsApp which was very easy. They were over the top amazing. Very torn if I would return. Besides the room and staff the location may deter me from returning.
