This hotel is situated on the cathedral road (via del cattedrale) in the heart of Ostuni's historical centre. Guests will find a range of restaurants, bars, nightlife spots and shops on the hotel's doorstep, whilst the train station is 5 min away. Brindisi and Alberobello can be reached in 30 and 40 min by car respectively. Casale Airport is 25 km away, whilst Bari Airport is some 80 km from the accommodation.

Facility

At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Most expensive hotel we stayed in and least favourite

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were given a huge room initially above reception with a view but sadly the bar below had loud music and the base was just constantly banging so we requested to be moved which was accommodated. The second room had a tiny window so was a bit dull and the bathroom smelt a bit of drains but at least it was quiet.Breakfast buffet was good however on our first day we were not asked if we wanted eggs we had to ask ourselves. Also the waitress that day was a bit off. The eggs were terrible, under cooked poached eggs and extremely salty.We stayed in three hotels in Puglia this was the most expensive and my least favourite, for me it didn’t cut it. It’s overpriced and I was shocked at our bar bill, we only had a cappuccino and americano, €8.00 for a cappuccino and €5 for an americano is criminal, it wasn’t even a good.For me I wouldn’t recommend.

A true five star experience. Spectacular hotel, unbelievable service and kindness from the staff, and ours was a gorgeous and peaceful room. The food is great. Although I feel bad that the hotel may be forced by to house a very expensive restaurant - that is out of step with the rest of the modest prices in the town. I'm sure the food is great, and the restaurant staff and the superb manager of restaurant took thoughtful and greatly appreciated care during our wonderful and pristine breakfasts. (It's not a complaint. The restaurant may be also amazing...It's just a suggestion.)This place is amazing! And people who work here could not be kinder and more professional. Ostuni - it's a bit touristy. The big attraction for us was seeing the 2,000-year-old year-old olive trees and learning how olive oil is made as part of a bike trip that the hotel graciously arranged.In sum, for the days we were here, we felt most fortunate to be in such a magnificent hotel with such great people!

This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The architecture and design is beautiful and the staff are flawless. I would highly recommend a trip to the spa, it completely surpassed my expectations.

We lived this hotel.The pick up by Tuc Tuc from the car park was really useful and it was an excellent service throughout our stay.Every member of staff was excellent. The rooms / views great and in a stunning location.The breakfast was a really good choice and cooked eggs to your liking every day.Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Traveled with family and had 4 rooms. Each room was well appointed & clean.The entire staff was outstanding and went above & beyond toaccommodate all our needs! Shout out to Moreno, Salvatore, Alessandro, Ciara, Danielle & entire staff for being so attentive!We hope to return one day!
