  Unfortunately, a very negative experience at the B&B Palazzo De Luca. We were two families, and upon our arrival, we were assigned the wrong reservation. So far, that can happen, but what really struck us was the way we were treated while waiting for the correct rooms.The girl at the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful, even going so far as to deny a 2-and-a-half-year-old child access to the bathroom. A truly inhumane and unprofessional behavior.Additionally, we were charged an extra 30 euros for the dog, without any prior clarity.It's a shame because the property has potential, but the welcome and customer management make a difference.   An experience to forget

  We booked this property through Booking.com.Before the reservation, I had read that dogs were allowed, even though I had forgotten to include it in the request. It was specified on Booking that a supplement could be applied, but honestly, we certainly did not expect 30 euros for a single night for a small dog (a poodle), considering we arrived at 7:30 PM and left at 8 AM.The payment for the supplement was requested in cash, without any receipt, because "the card machine was not working." To avoid unnecessary arguments, especially since we had a small child tired from the trip with us, we paid and simply asked to go to our room.The reserved room was a family suite, consisting of two separate double rooms with a shared bathroom. Instead, we were assigned a simple quadruple: a single room with a double bed and two single beds, completely different from what we had booked.When we pointed out the problem, we were told that it was Booking's fault for "miscommunicating the room," even though our reservation clearly stated the family suite. Their initial solution? Paying an additional €80 to have the correct room, with no willingness to accommodate us.After more than an hour of discussions and phone calls, they finally decided to assign us the correct room at no extra cost.A truly unpleasant experience that I have never encountered before, especially booking through a reputable platform like Booking.   Poor services and very noisy

  Bad experience: my parents arrived two days before me, and did not have hot water. After the plumber intervened, she arrived.Required extra bed for me, from the third and only night onwards, but no towels were put. So when I arrived at 1am I couldn’t find my towels and nobody could bring me clean ones. The room for 3, 3 people is definitely small. Many stairs, high steps, to get to the rooms, not suitable for everyone.Parking almost impossible to find nearby.Breakfast: NOT typical products and scarce (there was salami and cheese packaged, yogurt packaged, juices ditto, a bit all from large distribution, fresh maybe just a cake). At 7 am, then, the nice family in the next room thought it best to chase screams from unusual people, and wake up the whole structure, screaming at the children as if they were playing a football game in the room.   A short stay to visit The Zoo Safari in town

  This place is situated in the historical centre which was a noble building back in the days. A long staircase lead to the B&B breakfast area and the kitchen. The family suite we booked was behind the kitchen. The place has a contemporary luxurious touch to it and seems to be quite new. The family suite (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) was big enough for all of us (2 adults and 3 toddlers). The toilet smelled a little bit but we didn't mind since it was just one night stay...The mattresses were not very comfortable... They could have spent a little more money on them (judging by the luxurious touch of the place) ... (The double bed as well as all the single ones in the suite....) Breakfast was standard Italian (croissants and cappuccinos etc.)Stuff was friendly and helped us with all our needs.Overall, it wasn't bad at all with the price we paid (€160).
