This hotel is located close to the seaside, just a couple of steps from Torre a Mare tourist centre and 3 km from the centre of Noicattaro. It is 9 km to Bari Blu shopping centre and 15 km to the city of Bari. Polignano a Mare is 20 km away and it is 35 km to the Grotte di Castellana and 55 km to Alberobello.

    On arrival late at night, we had booked a twin room. Only to go in and find it was a double. Reception were great gave us another room, twin this time, only no windows or veiw. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great ( but the water covered the floor and went all over the floor in bedroom) health hazard. Sliding door to bathroom was very noisy. On a good note, the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle bus driver was very nice.The hotel is a bit remote, so a car is advised.The breakfast was ok, dinner in the hotel was very nice ( the tomahawk pork chop yum) and the deserts were wonderful. The shuttle bus to train station is scheduled, we used it. Train to Bari was cheap and Bari is a lovely city.

    It's Time for an UPDATE!

    Let me start by saying that I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience ....I stayed here as part of a group tour through Puglia and this hotel was chosen for our final night. In hindsight, I think we would have been far better off at an airport hotel with a pool, purely for convenience and a better overall experience.Unfortunately, my room had a noticeably stale smell and the bathroom didn’t feel as fresh or clean as I would have expected. The furniture was quite worn, with a lot of varnish missing. It’s definitely time for either a significant touch-up or, ideally, a full update to bring the décor into this millennium. The room looked like it belonged in an Italian hotel from the 1980s — 40+ years ago.On a positive note, the pool area appeared attractive and there were three lovely feral cats (who enjoyed the leftovers from our dinner). Speaking of dinner, the pasta was very good but the chicken was dry and lacked any flavor (though the cats seemed to appreciate it). Breakfast options were decent.Overall, unless you have a car to explore elsewhere, I’d recommend choosing a more modern hotel in a location where there’s more to do other than swim, eat and drink.

    Excellent hotel, very helpful friendly reception, spa and restaurant staff. Clean comfortable rooms, I would definitely come back again. Good selection of food for breakfast and very nice food and wine menu for evening. I was particularly taken with the pancake machine 🥰

    10 of us joined a group tour and was assigned to stay here. I don’t like the design of the hotel and the air conditioning did not work well. Dinner was ok and breakfast was basic. The most unpleasant moment was at breakfast when I ordered cuppuccino, I was told it will be sent to our table, so I ordered 10 for all of us. After waiting for 20minutes, no sight of my order. I went to check and realised it was served to the people waiting at the counter. Why was I asked to wait at our table but the rest of them could get their coffees at the counter? When I complained, I was again told to wait and it will be sent. I went back to my table 31 and waited. The coffee did not appear and I went to the counter 5 minutes later. I wanted to collect our coffee but was told by a guy there that he will send it and I waited but only 4 cups appears. I went to the counter and wanted to collect the rest but I was ignored. I complained to the reception but coffee did not arrive, I complained to 2 more guys in uniform but the rest of the coffee did not appear. I was so frustrated that I shouted but was ignored. He served the rest of the tables but ignored us. I asked for the waiter’s name but no one will tell me. I took his photo, planning to upload it here but our guide told me it’s illegal. In the end 6 of us ended without getting our cuppuccino.We are the only Malaysians of Chinese origin here at the hotel. Are we being played the racist card? If it’s up to me, I will definitely not stay here.

    great wedding guest hotel

    We rented a block of rooms the night before and night of our wedding (5km away) at this hotel. Fabrizio, the manager of the hotel, worked with us in the room-block process and in preparing an aperitivo the night before the wedding with our guests. We found a menu that worked for us, and a great space. Our guests particularly enjoyed the pool and the full breakfast. There was a slight issue with A/C in some of the rooms, but the hotel worked to accomodate all guests. They also provided trasnport to the train station the morning after for those who needed it.
