    Very disappointing experience. Not 4-star quality hotel. Staff at the reception is helpful and kind but the facilities and bedrooms are old.

    Very disappointed with this hotel – it is not 4-star quality. Our room was infested with ants, and when we raised the issue with management, no practical solution was provided appart from changing bedsheets (which obviously does not solve for it). For €300 per night, this is well below standard. We ultimately had to leave and arrange alternative accommodation ourselves. Despite assurances from the manager that a refund would be processed, this has still not been done. The only positive aspect was the courtesy of the reception staff.

    The hotel is amazing. The terrace spaces are huge and perfectly arranged, relaxing, private, simply perfect! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, they took care of every request we had and so fast and smoothly! The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was absolutely great, with fresh fruit and patries and also International savoury food like eggs, tomatoes, ham etc. I truly recommend this hotel! It's perfect

    A calm refuge from a busy and bustling Otranto at Easter

    An oasis in the busy-ness of Otranto. The staff were friendly, helpful and the hotel was a calm refuge on a busy Easter weekend. Lovely room, convenient location and even parking. Breakfast was sufficient and the bar a nice relaxing place to spend an hour.

    Stayed here for two nights on our cycling holiday. Hotel was modern, clean and well decorated. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection to choose from. The hotel has a secure garage area close by where we could leave our bikes during the stay. The walk to the main restaurant/shopping area was about 7 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
