Guests have a choice of 110 non-smoking rooms, including 2 junior suites, 16 apartments, 9 single rooms and 80 double rooms, located in a 5-storey main building and an auxiliary building. At the hotel offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet gives guests many delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning. At lunch and dinner, there are plenty of tempting options at the buffet or à la carte.     We’ve just returned from an amazing 8 days at the Aurelia. To my husband and I it always feels like going home. Service is faultless, food was delicious, accommodation was wonderful, hotel is always spotlessly clean. We have been going to the Aurelia for over 22 years so we have made wonderful friendships and made loads of memories along the way, the family holidays with our children and many friends have always been filled with much joy and laughter. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

    Our family have been going to this amazing hotel for the last 22 years.The quality of service and friendliness of all the staff is unrivalled.The food is always amazing especially all their pasta dishes and wonderful desserts.We cannot recommend this hotel more highly.The hotel offers all the amenities you could ask for in a hotel and the swimming pool is situated very close to the beach as well.We are so looking forward to going back to the hotel next year.

    Poor Value, Too Many Extras

    Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and below what we expected from a 4-star hotel, particularly at this price point.We were surprised to discover that the hotel does not provide guests with an iron and ironing board. Instead, if you simply want a shirt ironed, you are expected to use the hotel’s service at €8.50 per shirt. When we raised this with a manager, we were told that irons could not be provided because of the hotel’s “insurance policy”. We found this explanation difficult to understand, particularly as irons are routinely available in many hotels of a similar standard.We were also surprised to discover that pool towels cost €5 per towel. At the prices charged by this hotel, we would expect something as basic as a pool towel to be included for hotel guests.The additional charges continue at the beach. For the beach chairs closer to the sea, we were quoted €60 for a chair and umbrella. Combined with €5 pool towels and €8.50 to iron a single shirt, the overall impression we were left with was that too many aspects of the guest experience had been turned into additional charges.Another frustration was the lack of transparency around these costs. We were not clearly informed about certain charges in advance and were instead expected to discover them by reading the information booklet in the room. Additional fees should be communicated clearly and transparently from the outset.The most disappointing incident occurred at the beach. We were not attempting to use the sunbeds without paying. We simply wanted to leave our belongings for approximately five minutes whilst we went into the sea. A member of staff refused and dealt with us in a rude and dismissive manner. We completely respect that hotels have policies, but there is always a courteous and professional way to communicate them.We raised our concerns directly with management during our stay, rather than simply waiting until afterwards to leave a negative review, because we wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to address them. Unfortunately, we did not feel that our concerns were handled in a particularly constructive or customer-focused manner.The hotel itself has some positive qualities, but at this price point, it simply does not represent good value for a 4-star hotel. When you are already paying premium room rates, basic amenities, transparent pricing and good customer service should be part of the experience, not another opportunity for an additional charge.Based on our stay, we would not return.
