    Super Cute and Comfortable Hotel

    Super Clean hotel, very nice for the money. Ravenna is a super Quaint town rich in history. Everything is within walking distance. We went all over Italy and this was our Favorite hotel in all of the places we stayed and we stayed in a really nice place in Venice, there was something about this one though. The front desk person was super helpful on the day we departed and we needed a taxi and it was pouring down rain. She was so sweet and went the extra mile to help up when we didnt speak good enough Italian to order it our self.

    This is a very nice hotel near the Train Station. We stayed for a few nights in June 2025 visiting the city and then to go on a Cruise. The staff was very helpful with choosing restaurants and getting transportation timely. The breakfast was good and the rest areas comfortable. Room was clean and functional. We are very experienced travelers and would choose again.

    Great hotel, well positioned you can walk down and go through underpass via train station and straight into centre. Ravenna is a gem of a city. Great food and drinks and not expensive. The basilica's are a must, absolutely stunning. A nice breakfast at the Mosaico. Very helpful staff, parking for hire car right out front is ideal. We had a great view from our room

    Terrible Experience in Ravenna! Don't stay at this hotel!

    My friend and I had a paid reservation for a double room that we made last April. When we arrived at the hotel about 7 PM we were informed that all they had left was a small room with a single bed. When we got to the room we were shocked at how small the bed was and how small the room was. Plus the hurricane shutters were down and locked. It was very claustrophobic. We tried to make the best of it and after dinner she went down to the front desk to ask for another towel since there was only one in the room. They would NOT GIVE US ANOTHER TOWEL!! The desk clerk said the room was for only one person, but they assigned us that room! We finally made do with a bath towel and face towel. While she was arguing with the desk clerk a family arrived that had a paid reservation who had 6 people, including 2 small children. They were told there were no rooms left! The property is also old and dirty. The bed was a mattress on top of a piece of plywood on 4 boxes.
