    Great experience

We found ourselves in this delightful Italian village, and called in at La Rocca for coffee and lunch. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. In particular, Octavian was particularly helpful, friendly and obliging. We were sorry not to be staying there and having to return to ‘overcrowded’ Bologna.

A lovely, friendly hotel in a beautiful place

    rating30 May 2026

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, staff were all attentive and helpful. The place had a family feel yet very professional and high quality. The room was comfortable, well equipped with a balcony overlooking the square. The hotel also has a lovely sun terrace with great views over the village and countryside. Food was excellent with a varied breakfast and two very good dinners.Even when the village and hotel were very busy at the centre of a VIP visit from F1 Mercedes and Kimi Antonelli we were extremely well looked after.Brisighella is a lovely village to visit and Hotel La Rocca is highly recommended, I hope we will visit again decimo Rocca, Proprietario at Albergo La Rocca, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your heartwarming review! I really like staying here. The rooms are nice. Everyone is very warm and welcoming and very tolerant of my American gaffes. The same family has run it for four generations and they are very good at hospitality.
