  A truly pleasant stay

  We stayed at the Hotel Ada in Rimini and were very satisfied. It is an excellent 3-star hotel, welcoming and well-organized, with clean and tidy rooms and staff who are always kind and helpful.The dining is also very good: varied and abundant breakfast, lunch and dinner of a good standard, with tasty and well-prepared dishes.A great advantage is the partner beach included in the price, very convenient and just a few steps from the hotel.The only slightly negative aspect is the lack of a parking lot directly at the property, even though the hotel has a partner solution nearby.Overall, a very positive experience and a hotel that I definitely recommend for those looking for a quiet, comfortable stay with good value for money.?????   Good Food and courtesy in Rimini

  We have just been back from 3 nights in Rimini with the whole family. The hotel was suggested by our travel agency and it was a real nice surprise. The owning' family is managing the hotel with true cortesy and attention. We choose the All Inclusive option with full satisfaction at less than 50 Euro/Day including umbrella and chaise long at the seaside! The food was good and offered in three selection per course. Drinks available at request. Services at the Bagno 44 was organised and well managed. Ok, I understand we were during a so called "bridge" of just 3 days and during peak season in August the situation must be surely more trafficated, nevertheless the management of these operations is well done. The rooms at 1st and 2n d floor have been renovated during last 2 years and results practically brand new.   STAY AWAY - DREADFUL - Confirmed!

  The staff was terrible. We booked a room for 2 people with 2 single beds and they prepared one with a double bed. The bed could be split and the sheets changed but they didn't want to do it. In the end, we had to sleep in another hotel. At the time, they said it was all their fault and they made us believe that we were getting a refund but now, after 2 months, they deny any responsibility.

  The hotel itself is newly renovated and quite OK .... BUT and trust me this is a BIG BIG BUT the staff were absolutely dreafull and were out to make our visit as terrible as possible. They started off with placing a broken chair in our room claiming we hade broken it and wanted us to pay 120 euros for it (???!!). We tried telling them that it must have been som mistake but all they did was yell and scream and threatened on throughing us out on the street and told us to check out straight away. they screamed and carried on and we decided it wasnt worth the fight.....so we payed up. after this incident they refused to greet or talk to us during the rest of the stay, didnt clean our rooms as often as in the begining and would say rude things about us in italian as we would walk through the lobby.the way they acted was and is not acceptable and lets together show them that they can not get away with this type of behaviour! AVOID THIS HOTELL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!..... and if u cant, then be ready to stick up fpr urself if they come and claim you ave broken something when u have not.....

  we checked in, went to the room, and immediately found it dreadful.the bathroom was filthy, with mould up the walls and filth up the rear of the toilet pan.the shower was a showerhead fastened tot he back o fthe bathroom door.the room itself was cramped, dirty and what i can only describe as furniture from a thrift shop.we checked out, only to be told by hotels.com that we would still be charged the first night, plus a cancellation charge, even though it was uninhabitable.The hotel owner then bombarded us with verbal assaults, almost tot he point of tears!!]Dreadful.I have travelled and lived all over the world, but this is by FAR the worst.
