  The hotel looked great in photos, but in reality it is not. Definitely not what I expected.a small tip it s better to stay in riccione.

  We have been staying at this hotel for several years. I would like to mention that the hotel has not lost its position, for which I would like to thank the hotel management. The hotel is clean, cozy, and located in a quiet area away from the noisy streets, making it a convenient choice for both beach lovers and city visitors. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and the historic center is a 20-minute walk through the park. The hotel offers a good continental breakfast. The hotel grounds are well-maintained. The rooms are small, simply decorated and not over decorated. The rooms are cleaned daily. Excellent value for money. We were leaving the hotel for 3 days and were given the opportunity to leave our luggage. A huge thank you to the hotel staff, Chiara, Paolo and Giovanni, for creating a positive, friendly and homely atmosphere. Thank you guys!

  👍This family hotel is very cosy and staff helpful and friendly. 15 min walk from station and 3 min to the main strip full of bars and restaurants yet I didn’t hear any noise in my room. Rooms are small but I think overall it was great value for your money. 👎I don’t recommend paying 8€ for the breakfast, you can pay a bit more and get better tasting food. @BallestrinAroundTheWorld @ballestrin

  Stayed here in room 212 for 4 nights.I arrived pretty late due to flight and train delays, but there was no problem checking in at 11pm. Check-in was simple and all they needed was the passport. There's a city tax which wasn't charged until check out My room was on the 2nd floor and there's a lift. The room was supposed to be a double, but the bed was obviously two singles pushed together. The mattress was soft. Although it was comfortable enough, it was uncomfortable at the juncture of the two mattresses. The ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink, with towels provided. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was no problem getting hot water. The room also has a desk, but no chair. The staff were kind enough to get me a chair after I made a request for one.The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a garden and lots of seating sheltered under gazebos. On a sunny day, it’s lovely to sit in the courtyard. The room had a small balcony with just enough room to stand and overlooked the courtyard. Pleasant, but not all that useful. There's WiFi throughout the hotel, with no problem getting a signal anywhere on the hotel grounds. It worked well.Location wise, the hotel is 10 minutes walk to the beach, beaches 28 to 32 if walking directly towards the sea, about 15 minutes to Rimini FS train station and about 20 minutes walk into town. The building is in an area mix of residential housing and converted hotels.Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are slightly old fashioned, but comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. For the price paid, there’s not a lot to complain about.

  A plush 5-star style Mansion hotel run by a Italian family." Hotel Alibi" is situated in a beautiful location next to the forest garden away from the main Viale Amerigo Vespucci sea facing road lined with plush hotel's,restaurants and night clubs, one of the most happening locales in Rimini.Throughout the day until darkness the continuous musical sounds of various birds can be heard in the vicinity of the Mansion hotel akin to instrumental music , soothing to the ears and walking travel fatigue. The staff which includes the owners son are very co-operative in guidance.
