    Kindness and organization at top level

    I have bene here for a couple of nights during a motorbike tour. I selected it because of the garage for moto and the good rating. But the experience has bet the expectations because the kindness and the organization of the management was top. Any request was satisfied with smile and readiness. And everything was clear since the beginning (what included, what not). The position is ideal for walking, beach and shopping. No noisy in the night.     We flew into Bologna and took train to Rimini. Outside Rimini station to the left we got on the MareMetro which is a trolley bus. Just two stops and we were at Pescoli stop. 10 minute walk from here.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Request for extra pillows were taken care of. Rooms were spacious and we had a view of the beach. Breakfast which was included gave a good choice of food and coffee/tea was available. It was my birthday on our second day and at breakfast I was presented with a mini cake and candle. A lovely thought.     Amazing and welcoming staff. Very well looked after hotel. Great rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast. Pleasure to stay. Will stay again. In my opinion of the best hotels in the city, just opposite to the beach.

    Arrived at midnight and found the reception open and ready to greet us. A quick check in and beer before bed. Nice cool room in the heat. Reasonably sized, clean and tidy. Television is a bit outdated and there are no usb outlets in the room, which is a shame for those of those that forget our adaptors! No water in the room, except in the fridge at 1.50€ per bottle !! Breakfast was adequate and serve yourself, but I could get a cup of tea. Staff very friendly and helpful (I was lucky enough to be loaned a 3 pin travel adaptor by staff). Balcony view of the beach. All in all, a nice hotel.

    RIMINI'S TOP BEACH FRONT HOTEL

    I travel to Rimini often on business and never would consider staying anywhere other than Hotel Alisei Palace. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a hotel more than one time, but it deserves the recognition and my own personal appreciation. This has become my "home away from home" when I am in Italy. Not only are the rooms large and comfortable, but the manner that the hotel is managed and the friendliness of the entire staff cannot be any better. Breakfast each morning is included in the price and is very good. Each time I visit, I am remembered by name. Anna has been recognized by others reviewing their stays and she is tremendous. She has given me great suggestions of local restaurants and sites to see when I have time. Each evening when I return, she remembers exactly what I like to drink after the long work day and has it ready for me when I come back down from dropping my bags in my room. I then can sit outside near the pool and enjoy some light snacks and my favorite cocktail, a RG Special. We were traveling to Italy with 4 friends that had never been to Italy and I wanted their time to be special when we were in Rimini so naturally I had to bring them here. When you have experienced the best, why stay anywhere else. When your travels bring you to Rimini, take my advice, stay where you are remembered, where the know your name seemingly even if it is your first time staying there, and truly appreciated your business, and this is at the Hotel Alisei.
