    The hotel has good and bad points.But, over all is a bad experiente.Clean room, but small, AC (control by computer from front office).We have HB. Breakfast is ok, but the same, every day. The diner (or lunch, you can choose) has a standard meal, preordered: a starter (like all-inclusive), main course ( always 4 types - pasta mainly), second ( barbeque or cold dish), a desert (only one or fruits). They bring the food at the table. YOU HAVE TO BE AT THE RESTAURANT WHEN THEY OPEN OR YOU WILL EAT ... NOTHING AT STARTER.The menu is only in italian an they dont speek english... so we complain a lot.Looks not a 4* star hotel, only 2*.The sea is ok, suitable for small kids, fine sand, nice sunbads, lot of young people.The entrance in the sea is ok, sand bottom.We will come back, but not at this hotel.Tip: choose BB, the local restaurante are great.

    Great hotel! Fantastic location, clean, lovely food, and first class service from the staff. The suite was very comfortable and cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh towels and robes. I couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend for a stay in Rimini!

    Beautifully clean and compact hotel. Great location 20 minute walk to old town and 5 minutes walk to many restaurants and bars. The staff were exceptional! Thank you for a lovely stay. If I could give any feedback, it would be for a table chairs and parasol on the roof to go with the sunbeds.

    We arrived early and were warming greeted by a charming local. He kindly stored our bag and gave us advice on beach locations- beach 26 was ideal- when we checked in the lady was less warm and and questioned our lack of luggage- it was a one night trip from Bologna- that said the room was a good size, very clean and met all our needs. Location is great for the beach- if you like beaches, old town much nicer- overall a nice hotel and very reasonably priced and would recommend.     We had a very pleasant stay of a few days as a family in a large suite. It takes some getting used to to regulate the A/C - first by phone, which doesn't always sound clear, then by hand On-Off. The staff are very helpful and know and remember what we told an asked them. Made use of the spa and massage and the beach beds. To keep the rooms in great shape, we'd advise to perform some small repairs and print handy instructions how to use the bath, switch off the radio, the airco and the wonderful terrass. On warm nights, a more gentle breeze without noise would really help. The double bed has fabulous matresses, never had such a good sleep experience! The extra bed/sofa has a disbalance that is not well-designed when sitting on the end. We helped ourselves with a suitcase of the right size underneath that extra bed to stabilize it. All in all and good 8+.
