  The best hotel

  I stay very fine in this hotel. The Food was very good, breakfast and dinner was very good. The room was nice and very clear. I will come back in this hotel more times. The best people for me: Massimo, Cristian, Martina, Antonella. ???? The best hotel in Rimini.   I spent 10 days in Rimini with my family at the Baia Imperiale. The staff were very friendly and get a 5/5 ?? rating from me.The rooms had a few minor flaws, so I’d rate them 3.5/5 ??.Friday is the absolute highlight: there are drinks and music on the rooftop terrace—all courtesy of the hotel—accompanied by a beautiful sunset.Overall, it was a wonderful experience that’s well worth repeating.   I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!I left my handbag in the room, and when I returned to the hotel, it was gone. The bag contained documents, money, and other items. Neither the hotel staff nor the owner saw or knew anything. I was met with a lack of assistance and arrogance from both the owner and the staff after reporting the theft. The matter has been reported to the police in Rimini, the Polish Consul General in Milan, the police in Poland, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw.There are no hotel sunbeds available on the beach; only paid ones are offered—7 euros for a sunbed and 10 euros for an umbrella per day. Unfortunately, no item matching your description was found.While we understand your disappointment, we firmly reject the allegation that your handbag was stolen within Hotel Baia Imperiale. To date, there is no objective evidence whatsoever that would support attributing such an incident to our hotel, our staff, or our organization.We also reject the accusation that we behaved "arrogantly" or failed to assist you. On the contrary, we responded immediately by carrying out all the checks within our power and by offering our full cooperation to the extent of our responsibilities.With regard to the beach, we would like to clarify that the hotel does not provide complimentary private sunbeds. Beach services are managed by a partnered beach establishment, which applies its own price list. This information is clearly communicated through our official channels and is made available to our guests.Finally, we consider it necessary to point out that publicly accusing our hotel of an extremely serious matter, such as an alleged theft, without any objective evidence, causes significant damage to the reputation of both our establishment and the people who work here professionally and with integrity every day.   The hotel didn't meet expectations.

  We had to walk about 0.5 km to the hotel since the street was narrow, so the bus couldn't get throughCozy atmosphere,The hot and cold water in the shower didn’t adjust, but the room was clean and cozy,The restaurant is stylish, but the food was disappointing, there was very little choice for breakfast, the menu didn't change... during dinner, the order from the menu, the food quality was low, the snack table wasn't replenished during dinner. Our property is located on Via Ortigara, a one-way street that is fully accessible to both cars and buses.We were also surprised by your comments regarding our restaurant. Every morning we offer a rich continental breakfast buffet, featuring a wide selection of both sweet and savoury items, which is highly appreciated by our guests.Dinner includes a generous buffet of appetisers, fresh vegetables, side dishes and desserts, as well as carefully prepared first and main courses made with selected, high-quality ingredients.   Lovely time at Hotel Baia Imperiale

  The hotel enjoys a prime beachfront location, offering excellent views from the balcony. Reception staff were consistently welcoming and extremely helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast each morning was of a high standard and very enjoyable.While the rooms were compact and the shower temperature fluctuated during the visit, housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness with daily service. Overall, the hotel was exceptionally clean and provided a comfortable and pleasant experience.
