An amazing experience

I was very impressed with the customer service and helpfulness provided by all the hotel staff members from check in at reception to the breakfast and housekeeping. The hotel is in a great location , not far from the bus and train station . The city complex and tourist sights are so close by too. The rooms are very clean with safe and kettle etc The breakfast was exceptional and lots variety. They even organised for me to have an earlier breakfast as I waa checking out early. Would definitely chose this hotel if I return to Rimini.

The hotel was very convenient for my purposes, as I used Rimini as a base to explore the surrounding areas, including San Marino and Ravenna. It is less than a five-minute walk from the train station and about a 10-minute walk from the city center, where you can find local attractions and restaurants.The room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I am not giving the hotel five stars is the poor service from the receptionist who checked me in. He was neither friendly nor helpful and even told me that all seafood restaurants in Rimini were closed on Mondays, which was simply not true! The other receptionists I encountered were not particularly friendly either.Overall, the hotel is well located and comfortable, but the customer service could be improved.

Wonderful hotel

I honestly can't fault this lovely hotel. Perfectly situated for rail/ bus services and the old town of beautiful Rimini. Close to many restaurants as well as the many historical sites such as the Cathedral . We enjoyed travelling to other nearby places such as San Marino, Ravenna and Loreto which is so easy from Rimini railway station and bus station .The hotel was spotlessly clean ..our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was lovely with choices of both hot and cold options including delicious pastries and coffees. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room had a great balcony and a well needed efficient air con. All in all i would highly recomnend the Card Hotel to anyone choosing to visit Rimini ??

Excellent location, very close to train station, short walk into town, longer walk to beach.Clean, modern hotel, with excellent staff.Room very small with tiny balcony, very slippery shower in the bath.Very nice buffet breakfast.Hotel was good for 2 nights, but too small for any longer.

Perfect location, very pleasant stay

I had a corner room with balcony and found it very clean, bright and quiet. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, and the staff throughout were friendly and helpful. The location, as anticipated, was ideal with easy walking access to the train station, bus to San Marino and the old town. All in all, an excellent option.
