    Stayed at the hotel on a business trip for 2 days. We had a great rest. Very comfortable polite stuff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, internet everything is there. Great location. Prices are affordable. We will stay at the future in the Cristallo hotel.

    We stayed here as 2 couples for the weekend. Hotel is modern and warm and the location is great, right in the centre beside all the Christmas market stalls. Staff were welcoming and spoke good English and the breakfast buffet was superb. Rooms warm and modern with comfortable beds. Fantastic location and great value for money, would recommend to everyone.     Staff were okay but could have been more welcoming. The waiter was very good but really needed more help. Food the first 2 nights was very average. Third night it was good. We were a group of 30 and there was only one waiter who really did the best he could. Accomodation was adequate.

    Location is excellent, very close to the sea and pedestrian areas, many restaurants around. Area seems to be quiet and feels secure. Reception and breakfast staff mostly OK. Breakfast was good by Italian standards, but nothing extraordinary. Fairly secure and cheap (6€) parking. Fantastic internet connection - up to 35-45 Mbps.On the other hand rooms are really, really small. After settling in with the baggage, there literally no space to walk. No chair and no trashcan in the room. One power outlet is available, for two people with smartphones and laptops that's rather not enough. As there are hard floors everywhere, it's very noisy, you could hear every person walking through corridors. We were there during winter time and it was cold everywhere, AC was not able to heat the room - and especially bathroom.

    Fabulous, friendly hotel in Cattolica

    The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was extremely convenient for the centre of town and all amenities. The wifi worked well.We took advantage of the hotel parking which was quite expensive at 8 euro, but we could have parked in front of the hotel for free (we have a motorcycle). It was worth the expense for the extra security.The room was comfortable in every way and we had an undisturbed nights sleep.
