    Great staff very helpful and polite, room needed a make over especially the flooring, balcony was very small just the width of a chair, breakfast was ok, I’m not a dog person there was quite a few staying at the hotel and a strange puddle on next door’s balcony floor which run across mine not sure if there was a dog there and it wasn’t raining so didn’t sit out there anyway, surely they shouldn’t be using it as a toilet, great location opposite the beach and they had their own beach area but it did cost €12 a day, overall not bad if you like dogs but don’t think I would return.

    Stay every year with the parents for some days in this great hotel. Everyone is very professional and friendly. We are lucky and get the suites on level 5 with a great view on the beach. Also the bar with delicious drinks & snacks. The rooms and everywhere is very clean. We always have also dinner in the hotel which you get delicious meal and buffet for the side and dessert. For sure, the best like everywhere in the hotel is the staff and you feel they like what they do. We will come back;-)

    ⭐️⭐️, 4 star is nonsense!!!! I checked in outside 33 degrees, the Owner has turned off the AC and the whole hotel is humid and smells, showed 2 other rooms but one is worther Than the other. Big hotel there is only 1 lift in the peak season it can be a nightmare, I booked 5 nights here what a fatal mistake. I was told I can open the window… my reco you can close the rubbish hotel if you can not finance the service what you promise.

    This is my second visit to Park Hotel and from the moment we stepped foot in this charming hotel, we felt like we had returned home.The warm and welcoming atmosphere was truly heartwarming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our stay was filled with joy and comfort. From the friendly greetings at the reception to the personalized recommendations for local activities, we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire trip. The front office staff are true hospitality superstars!Our room was perfect for a long stay. Tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, it was a sanctuary to return to after a day of exploring the beach. The private beach is perfection! It's clean and you have access to cold water bottles and other drinks which you can put on your room bill. The quality of the sunbeds and umbrella is of a high standard and you can really enjoy a day at the beach here. Everything is organized so you can enjoy and relax without any hassle. The guy who runs the beach for the Hotel, is a true service hero. He is amazing and we felt special every single day! Beyond the hotel's walls, we found ourselves in the heart of a charming Italian town. The location was perfect for exploring the city, charming cafes, and vibrant local culture. With the hotel's excellent location, we could easily access all the major attractions, yet we always looked forward to returning to our cozy retreat.To the wonderful team at Park Hotel, thank you for making our stay in Italy an unforgettable experience. Your genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were part of your extended family.     Just returned from The Park Hotel in Cattolica and have to say it's a lovely place to stay. It's in an ideal place within walking distance to the main area but far enough away to be quite peaceful. The staff in the hotel, particularly the guy running the bar are really attentive and Fabio at the beach is just awesome. Breakfast is plentiful and the snacks you get with any drinks order are really generous. We were a family of 4 in a family suite and it we never felt cramped in the room which had a great sized bathroom and balcony. Great hotel, great town, we will be back!!
