    Outdated rooms. Noisy. Basic services not working.

    Rooms are ran down. We had to switch three rooms in 5 days stay. One room had a sewage smell, Blinds not working, noisy rooms. Leaking toilets. You will hear the music through the outdated windows until are at night. The lobby looks fine but the rooms need a major update. Check your room before putting your luggage down. Go elsewhere if you can.

    As someone who travels extensively for an airline, I've stayed in countless hotels. Unfortunately, this particular stay was a disappointment. The check-in was unpromising, and while the room was adequate, the lack of a TV remote upon arrival and the dismissive "maybe tomorrow" response was concerning. I found the staff to be generally indifferent and unwelcoming. For travelers seeking better amenities and attentive customer service, I would strongly recommend considering other hotels. This one, unfortunately, was a waste of my time.

    A lovely break to Rimini Italy

    The hotel was fairly easy to get to from Rimini Central Station. A 11 bus takes you straight to hotel. But at the time, took a cab. Easy check in. Lovely size room. Decorated in the mid 20s style. The staff are welcoming. Room cleaned daily. There was a Balcony attached. I was Able to see the sea and auspicious sunrise - go to the beach to experience it too. The outside pool out of season due to weather not warm enough. Worth while booking the wellness centre, opened at 5pm till 7.30 pm. A lady, who was the spa manager gave a tour and safety warning before entering each section. On 5th floor of hotel contained -, x2 jacuzzi , a stone foot spa, sauna , steamer very hot with sea salt to use, showers, heated shower, cold bucket shower, plus a quiet room. I was offered herbal tea or water to drink and sit in the quiet area. On the main road - Viale Regina Elena are a variety of shops ( some closed due to season ) a very long stretch of road . Worth using a bus 11 zone 2 allowing 75 min to do a round trip. No need to disembark at end of trip. Can top up with contacless card on the bus. The beach is 5min away opposite hotel on road Lungomare Giuseppedi Di Vittorio. Again a long stretch and a delightful walk. Sandy beach. Kept clean and safe. Plenty of areas to eat. Head into centro Rimini. Classical Area Cobbled Street. Wear flat healed or trainers. Historical . Julious Caeser statue in town. Wednesday only huge market day. Great quality stuff. Lots of shops. Do explore various side streets. Marathon weekend national and international, simply the best. This time of year wasn't overcrowded. I would return here again.

    Not what you see on the tin!

    From the outside the hotel looks lovely and the reception is very well presented,however that’s where it ends.I stayed with my husband and daughter the room was very small and nowhere for three people to store bags and clothes only room for two really.The description says satellite tv this is not true we were unable to get any English tv channels,the air conditioning was not working and the room stayed at 24/25degrees not good if like me you are going through the menopause so had terrible nights trying to sleep the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so was always misted up after anyone used it .Having a nice balcony view we wanted to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.however we couldn’t as the light on the balcony didn’t work so even that was ruined.We also couldn’t have a nice sleep as the blackout blind on the balcony was stuck inside itself and wouldn’t budge.The telephone in the room also didn’t work.We reported all of these things to reception at least 5/6times throughout our stay and got lots of excuses..absolutely nothing was done.On our last night we got given a fan as they said that they had turned the air conditioning off throughout the hotel for the winter.however when I went to plug the fan in the wall socket had sunken into the wall and not accessible..if I had known about the air conditioning not working I would not have booked it as I can’t sleep too hot .Very disappointed and found the reception staff unhelpful .

    Delightful staff, nice pool. Our room was spotless and our balcony overlooked the beach. Helpful staff, great view! Everything was easily accessible from the hotel - and we were very pleased with our stay. Somewhere to come back to, for sure.
