    Watch out for parking!

    It would deserve a few more stars if it were more transparent for parking. In the search phase is also included parking but then surprised! It is to be paid in part and 2 km away, maybe it would be better if they wrote it. For the rest location, breakfast and room ok. Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     Hotel located a few meters from the beaches, nice and clean. Small rooms, very small bathrooms, very good quality of sleep despite the central location and the many people who crowd the center of Gabicce.     Typical Gabicce hotel in the center and a stone's throw from the sea. The staff was very kind.Our room with small terrace overlooked the wall of the building opposite: really not pleasant. Walls between the very thin rooms and we could hear very clearly the conversation of the neighbors!! Bathroom to be restored. Dinner was served buffet style .. from appetizer to fruit everything was prepared on trays .. and the customer had to serve himself. Nothing bad but the problem that the trays were not heated and the dishes became cold... too bad because the food was good and well cooked but cold was no longer appetizing.     With my wife we had a holiday in Gabicce (of which we are in love) guests of this hotel.It was the first time, we were just fine, great!!We found a family Welcoming; the kitchen, the room, the human relationship, all positive surprises.We will definitely be back (as early as September!).Thank you especially for your availability and kindness.Really congratulations!!!Giampaolo Grillini Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     Partially renovated hotel: bathroom, furniture, windows and reception are, while room doors and floors are not. Reception: good, and kind all the staff I had to deal with. Room: ours, double, small with television (with only terrestrial dgt channels) equally small and fixed high; balcony; bathroom not large but well renovated and with high window; low soundproofing; sufficient cleanliness. Location: central and convenient, both for the beach (50 mt), and for various businesses. Meals: we enjoyed only breakfast, in our opinion insufficient for quality and choices. Drinks to be picked up independently from 2 automatic machines (so cappuccino and coffee certainly not of quality...), in addition to the inevitable lines to serve... Savoury proposals really minimal, while the sweet ones more numerous and of sufficient quality but no tray reported the description of the contents of the proposed cakes or if stuffed and with what the croissants... Parking: paid (15 euros per day) and site outside the center, in the area covered with nylon towels and with shuttle to and from the hotel. Will we come back? I would say no, even for the cunning "green policy" (see photos of the sign posted in the bathroom...). In 4 days never changed the sheets or even towels for the face (shower towel and guest yes), motivating him with respect for the environment but in a 3 such service is included and must not be paid extra, as reported in the sign.
